The chicken was burned to char and the rice was rock hard hitting my sensitive teeth as I chewed. Disgusting I threw away more than half a bowl cause I just couldn’t eat it. The two teenagers behind the counter working at 3 pm on a Saturday clearly didn’t care about their jobs as they disappeared into the back as soon as we got our food not to be seen again the entire time we were attempting to eat burnt rocks. You don’t have to care about your job here but don’t make it everyone else who is trying to eat here problem

Ordered 3 nachos and a burrito today. After arriving back home, discovered that the chips were stale (which is very common at this location). I called to ask for the tip to be refunded due to the stale chips. The person who answered the phone had to inform me that she could not refund the tip because she didn’t know how as the NEW GM. When I told her that wasn’t acceptable answer, she became extremely rude and kept using the excuse how she is new and doesn’t know who to do it. She never asked me for my phone number or a resolution, i.e., refund the nachos due to chips be stale or calling me back after her untrained self looked into what the options are. No, instead……. she treated her unqualified and untrained self as being a reason to serve bad food and me paying $50.31 for it. When I told her it wasn’t acceptable, she hung up the phone on me on purpose.

Love Qdoba! The staff here was so great!! I got the nacho bowl, which I didn’t know was a thing – at least in the way it was prepared. It was delicious, so much food, so worth the cost! Plus got my favorite chips to go along with it. Will probably be my go to option next time I’m here!

Placed an order at 10:30 this morning for my daughter’s school lunch with an 11:15 pick up time, a finals week special. The order confirmation came back with an 11:15 to 11:25 confirmation window so I called the store to confirm the 11:15 ready time. Upon arrival at 11:10, I noticed the door locked with a sign saying that the store will be opening early. Upon talking to the same person at the store, I was informed that there was no way the order could be filled and that the line was not even set up. She advised that online ordering had been taken offline. Not only was the store aware of the order, they confirmed it 45 minutes prior to order time and confirmed they knew it wouldn’t be ready in time. I’m not sure what the store was trying to do, but lying about their capabilities only caused for a greatly disappointed customer and a need to face the situation at a later time when the customer was in a sense of urgency. What a complete and utter breakdown of any form of management responsibility.

I ordered a taco salad from grubhub 2 times. The first time it was amazing. The second time, about a month later, I ordered the exact same thing and they FORGOT the salad lettuce. Tried contacting them with no answer, went through Grubhub chat who got someone at the restaurant to answer and they apologized to the Grubhub rep but still insisted they made the order right and that I was wrong. Grubhub comped my account 10 dollars but the restaurant should have acknowledged their screw up.
