Ugh! I’ve eaten at other Qdobs and generally enjoy them. Generally the food/ingredients are fresh and tasty and the staff usually very helpful. This store today was neither of these. I ordered the tacos with steak filling. Usually, in my experience, staff like to suggest add-on toppings hoping to help you build a tasty treat. I felt this staff was more interested in getting customers out of the way so they could play. One staff started my order, another was the topping girl and finally there was the teller girl. They weren’t communicating so a good part of my ordering process was spent re-explaining my order. I’m still not convinced it was rung up correctly. My tacos were horrid little concoctions. The queso was grainy like it was heated up but not stirred. The Diet Coke was fine tho. Lol. IDK, they weren’t really busy during my visit. Not sure why there was so much discombobulation. I gather nobody was in charge. I can testify nobody was managing anything.

The worst Qdoba I have ever been to. The employees had a super messy working station where they burned their food, and they acted like I was asking for the world to get a simple meal. The food was ridiculously small portioned and the flavor was completely off. The food was also cold…. Seems like a health concern to me….. The chips were stale, the taco shells were completely torn through and stale. The chicken was full of fat and disgusting texture. The employees also got my orders completely wrong. If you have an allergy, or are on a diet, don’t come here because they won’t take you seriously. If you still choose to come here after this, good luck and God bless.

First time going here I signed up online and recieved free chips and queso along with 5.00 off order. O sunday I drove 3 miles to the Washtenaw locatio despite reading the terible reviews. They had been addressed by the owner and I figured it would be ok. It wasn’t. I walked in slipped on a spill, fortunatly it was minor. I got to the counter and wow, everything was either empty or almost empty and it was not very neat or clean. the server was nice ,not knowledgable about the menu items. I decided on the bowl she suggested the steak was good, but it was sitting on the counter not in the hot tray so I passed even though it woold have been 1st choice.She added 1 spoon of beans to my “brisket” I asked for more she added more there were no peppers an not much of anything else I got a few other toppings and inside I was thinking I knew I should have trusted the reviews. I dont understand how you have 3-4 people working and the food and prep area is messy and not filled up and fresh which was the case nothing looked fresh hot or cold items. Wipe the counters smile engage with customers. Anyway I get to register showed her my rewards and rewards number she acted like it wasnt the right info then tried to enter something a couple times and said the program was down. I said ok. And left without my 19.00 order and no aplogy. WOW! all the bad reviews and the manager answered all of them that complaints had been addressed. Have they? I would have to say no.

Just went here during dinner rush. Place was really clean. Manager was very pleasant and nice, as was the other workers. My food was made fresh and quickly. They had every ingredient available. Food tasted awesome too.

This was the worst dine in experience of my life. The restaurant is dirty!!! The employees simply throw trash and food directly on the floor, the food prep area was completely covered with food, supplies are stacked in the dining area, and every table was dirty. The staff is an entirely different issue. There were 6 staff members working that for the most part seemed annoyed by the fact I walked through the door and actually wanted to order. They never smiled once unless they were talking to each other or on their phone which were openly being used right behind the counter. If you don’t want to work here find a new job.

UPDATE!!!! I went back a second time it was a little bit cleaner but it is still nasty adding a picture of the floor behind the counter where they prepare our!!! Come on people clean up your act!! I will say I will still go back even though it’s a little dirty because I know Americans have become so lazy it’s hard to get people to work so maybe they should hire me to come in and clean ⭐️ ♀️ I will have to say that the food was spot on delicious but when I went to sit down every single table was filthy the floor was so sticky as I walked my shoes would stick to the floor it was disgusting I will be sending corporate an email if you were going to eat here I would say get your food to go I couldn’t take a picture of the behind the counter but it was disgusting

Ordered 3 nachos and a burrito today. After arriving back home, discovered that the chips were stale (which is very common at this location). I called to ask for the tip to be refunded due to the stale chips. The person who answered the phone had to inform me that she could not refund the tip because she didn’t know how as the NEW GM. When I told her that wasn’t acceptable answer, she became extremely rude and kept using the excuse how she is new and doesn’t know who to do it. She never asked me for my phone number or a resolution, i.e., refund the nachos due to chips be stale or calling me back after her untrained self looked into what the options are. No, instead……. she treated her unqualified and untrained self as being a reason to serve bad food and me paying $50.31 for it. When I told her it wasn’t acceptable, she hung up the phone on me on purpose.

I prefer qudoba over chipotle and last weekend showed me why. The system was down, I and a few other customers were already in line. They were kind of enough to give us our meals for free for the long wait. I will continue to come back to this location. The food is 10/10 every -time

Never been to a place this nasty…. Well we were standing in line getting our food I noticed food all over the work stations and on the floors all over the burners.. there were 3 missing burner knobs to the stove!!!! Crazy.. um we also wanted to sit inside and eat and all of the tables were nasty like crumbs and food even the floors. The workers here didn’t even say hi or smile they looked so mean lol. Definitely don’t recommend.
