I thought the food here was great. I learned it’s better off to get the condiments and cheese off to the side. You can enjoy your food with different sauces. I went with the steak bowl, white rice, black beans, and bell peppers, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was great until I started hearing the staff in the back. I understand kids will be kids, but it was obnoxiously loud, and this went on for more than 20 minutes. Some employees need to understand that it’s an establishment and what you do represent the company overall.

My girlfriend and I came in for a late dinner and were informed that we could not order nachos because they’re saving them for online orders and then proceeded to sell nachos to a customer 10 minutes later.. the employees have no idea how to fold a burrito the insides just spill everywhere as soon as you pick it up. I love Qdoba food but this location is terrible.

It’s frustrating to get back from a burrito place where they can’t even wrap a tortilla. This corporate spot is the worst QDOBA I’ve been to. If it wasn’t right next to my place I would never come to this spot. The other side of town has a spot that’s franchised and they’re much closer to a 5/5 rating than this spot is to a 3/5. This spot is constantly understaffed, they open late and close earlier than the hours on the posted schedule. Some days they can’t even open, because they don’t have enough staff. Soda machine was also out of service today. New leadership is needed at this location, the current execution is terrible. This spot throws shade on the rest of the franchise. Do better!

I went in for dinner and the young lady working was just so rude and dismissive. She basically dismissed when I wanted and lazily put my phone in a bowl to the young black woman with silver hair I think her name was Sherry or Cheryl or something like that you need to fire her she doesn’t need to have that job if she doesn’t respect the clientele for the fact that she’s there doing a job. There was another young woman can’t remember her name but it’s a unique name and she was very nice and sweet. People need to understand that you’re at a job and you have to have customer service you can’t be rude and dismissive because you’ll start to lose clientele for that business as you are losing my business.
