I was there yesterday, picking up a doordash order and my daughter fell outside and busted her nose pretty good. After cleaning her up, I went to ask for a glove for ice. They not only made my daughter her own ice pack with a bag, they cheered her up and had us both rolling laughing. Brooke, Brandy, and Anna, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!! Thank you so much for helping us out!!!! Walked into this location today (for future readers, it’s 2021 and the COVID delta variant is on the rise & Michigan still requires all food service workers to be wearing masks and keeping social distance). I was appalled to see not a single worker wearing a mask, I saw 4 workers. These 2 in the photo were preparing food for guests without masks or social distancing. I know that for some stupid reason this pandemic has made public health and saftey political when it is a naturally bipartisan issue. I couldn’t eat here and I’ve lost so much trust in this brand. I’m grateful that the Chipotle across the street could serve me the same type of food but in a much safer environment. So thanks to Chipotle and no thanks Qdoba!
