I walked in the store and there was a young manager there cleaning the dining room as all these highschool kids were leaving. They were so busy but she looked right at me and greeted me. Then the team making my order were so kind and friendly even after all those kids went through. Really upbeat team.

Every time I come here I receive terrible service. The staff is incredibly rude and practically yell at you. If you say something wrong or wanna change your mind they get annoyed. They’re also really stingy with the amount of food they put in your order. Also just because its busy doesn’t give them the right to be rude to the customers. It’s literally every time I come here. Next time i’m going to west main location.

My friends and I came around 9:30 on April 23, 2023. The entire team looked at us with disgust. There were two white men who served us and shaked their heads suggesting we were not welcomed. Rolled their eyes before we placed our orders. They made the order with hesitation and frustration. Another man walked in, then both the white males greeted “Mr. Williams” with a smile, and asked “How’s it going?”

The guy with the man-bun making the food today at 2:00 needs some better training. He was slower than molasses and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Nobody stepped in to help either. He also couldn’t figure out how to wrap my burrito then got a whole new tortilla and undid the first one, dumping it onto the new tortilla and wrapped it, spilling some of it on the floor and counter in the process. It almost made me walk out as it took nearly 20 minutes and he spilled the contents of my burrito out. Do better Qdoba, train this guy or have him do something else, other people in line were looking around and rolling their eyes too, this wasn’t just me that was unhappy with this visit.

Place is very disgusting. Tables are sticky and covered in food. Drink machine has pop splattered all over it and is caked on. Their is pop all over the floor and it’s super sticky. The utensil area is dusty and sticky as well. Looks the floors haven’t been swept in weeks. They don’t bag your food or even ask you for one. Other than that’s good is great.
