Was here today and am so unhappy with my order. I hope you can tell from the pic how ridiculously small this burrito is. I ordered online for a few of us in the office. When I saw it I asked the girl this was a normal sized burrito because it is about 1/2 the size of any burrito I have ever ordered there. The employee told me that they have to be careful and are cutting down on how much product they are using. When I pay $11 for a burrito I expect a full burrito. Another person ordered the bowl. Same price and about 3x the amount of ingredients. It’s ridiculous. If you order online might want to check it out before you leave and make sure you get a full burrito

Changing my 5 star review from pre-covid to 3 stars now. I have been to this location hundreds of times and today was the first day I was told there was an upcharge for rice on nachos. Really? Rice? It doesn’t even have cilantro in it anymore.

When I walked in my inner self Said don’t do it. But I did i was sorry i did. From the vibe when u first walk in to the employees. While I was ordering food ! They were sweeping the floor behind the counter it was disgusting! Employees rude and uninviting. Restrooms were horrible. Generally is it due to bad management but i just think these people don’t care.

We walked into the restaurant. We were the only ones there. There were 3 employees putting together take out. Not one person looked at us or acknowledged us. They talked among themselves. We almost walked out after about 4 min I said, would anyone like to take our order? There was hardly any food. I took the last of the veggies. I thought we were invisible. Not a good experience at all.

Did an online pick up order and I was impressed on the quality of the food. I don’t have a qdoba where I live and mostly have chipotle but since I was passing by I was like “why not”. The employees followed the instructions on my order perfectly! Every ingredient I requested extra on was added in and it was put together very nicely. A+++ on presentation and quality!

Went in to order some lunch yesterday but I changed my mind when I smelled the employees’ body odor(s). And that’s not mentioning how dirty their shirts and pants were. And I don’t mean kitchen dirty, I mean unwashed laundry dirty. Who wants their food prepped by that?
