This location metro village needs work – went there today and did an online order I’ll never do that again ! My bowl wouldn’t have filled up my child. Very disappointing- however the alpine location is wonderful for a 15$ meal they need to stop being so cheap!!

I’m not sure where to start. I work down the street and come to this location all the time. This was the first time I ever had a bad experience. The first problem for me was the lady saying that chips are not included for the three cheese nacho burrito bowl. Every other location I go to they give them to me free. I didn’t wanna argue with her so I just paid for them. The next problem was she charged me for a whole scoop of meat. when the girl asked me if I want a full portion or a half portion. I told her half. I wasn’t going to say anything but she barely put any meat in my bowl. When I came back into the store the cashier gave me attitude and then proceeded to argued with me. She stated for future references we don’t do half portions. I asked her why is she telling me this instead of your staff she walked off and help the next person in line. The young guy came up and helped me. But they will never get my money again.

Qdoba is cheap with their toppings and everybody knows it. Qdoba currently has a 3.5 star rating and that seems to be generous. People are sick of getting less and paying more! I just got a beef burrito and they only put a tiny bit of beef that only covered a quarter of the burrito of beef and they try to spread it out but it doesn’t cover across the tortilla. I got in protein bowl there before and they only put like a little scoop of chicken or a steak I there, so they might as well just call it or whatever bowl minus the steak and/or chicken!

I ordered a veggie quesadilla and it was ok in taste. The staff was friendly no doubt. But it seemed as they didn’t clean the floor underneath their cooking devices for a long time as there was food waste lying around. No place to order again.

Yum. Just yum. You can make the bowls or do it in a tortilla. We got a rice and shrimp thing I guess it was called the surf and turf which was really good. Small kick but real good. Will go back again. It’s worth it

Food was great and the service the employees gave was great however there were a lot of annoying kids there who had to run to the door to be first in line ahead of me. It’s just weird and annoying. Can’t change people tho however it still gets 4 stars. Cheers.

I was excited to see a large amount of cilantro on my two orders of nachos until I got in the car and smelled a weird odor. Got home and found out it was spoiled. Tried to pick it out but I couldn’t get the pieces that were mixed into the pico de gallo (those were completely brown) and the tomato’s tasted sour, too. Had to throw the whole thing away and the chips were stale. How do you not realize you’re serving rotten food?
