Ordered to go. Built my own salad bowl, very yummy! Fresh and tasted good. Only downfall they forgot my dressing and silverware. We are staying at a hotel so relied on silverware. Be sure you give togo that. Dressing wasn’t a hug deal as my bowl was soo good! Would go again!

Used to be great however have hired all new staff very young and idk think it’s okay to be fooling around with eachother while preparing customers food. ‍♀️ No consistency with portions. You may be ordering the same thing as others dinning with you and have twice as much rice or beans the them but you’ll both have very little “protein” only day worth it would be Wensdays when you can get a burrito for 6.99 and it more because you don’t have to cook then the food

i come here all the time and i always get the same thing. today i order my cheese quesadilla, pretty simple right? you would think so. i receive it and all it is… IS A TORTILLA SHELL. there’s no cheese what so ever. i didn’t get a refund or an apology. pathetic.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I left very frustrated today. My family and I frequent this Qdoba at least once a week, it’s the one thing everyone can agree on. Normally the service and food is great and we all leave happy. Today, however, I was barely acknowledged by the person taking my order, and they were so busy talking to a friend standing behind me in the lobby that they messed my order up twice and had to start over. Mistakes happen and I totally understand, but the fact that it was because they couldn’t be bothered to pay attention to what I was ordering was very frustrating. Then, once I reached the register, the person working there seemed annoyed that they had to talk to me. I felt like I was inconveniencing everyone just by being there. If this was my only visit, I would never go back.

Staying at Great Wolf Lodge, decided to order takeout for family. Went thru app and did a family meal bundle for bowl/taco. Stated it came with chips, salsa,queso and all the fixings. So I thought that meant cheese, sour cream, lettuce, guacamole like on the board under toppings. Didn’t get option for specific toppings. At pick up I noticed the extra tortillas I ordered were missing, as well as all the toppings. I received 2 Pico, 1salsa, 1shredded cheese only. None of workers acknowledged me at register so I had to go thru line. When it was my turn I informed Blake what was missing. He took my bags and checked order. He then told me it was correct except for extra tortillas. I was given the giant kind not knowing until later they aren’t good unless steamed. I asked for plates and was told no. I was told it would be $10 for sour cream and quac. I declined and asked for managers card. They didn’t have any but said manager was Blake-who I literally was talking with. I clarified saying aren’t you Blake, and he said yes I asked for his district or regional manager and they said they didn’t know how to get ahold of them. So I left shaking my head. The portions were underwhelming , rice didn’t even fill bottom of container. Beans had a piece of plastic in them. So Qdoba, while I get times are hard, I suggest a little customer service training-especially for Blake. And get individual meals if you want toppings

The food was good. The service not so good at this location on 31 south in Traverse City. There was an error with the online ordering it said it didn’t process so resubmitted the order and got charged 2 times. The person in the restaurant said sorry we can’t fix that in the restaurant you have to go online to cancel and get a refund. Huh??? Thanks for nothing.

I’m a patron of Qdoba from time to time. They are basically the subway of burritos. I have never had a bad burrito here. The quesadillas are pretty fantastic too. The staff here are friendly and professional as much as you could ask for. Today I visited during the mandatory mask order. My photos show how this Qdoba currently looks. The staff does a great job social distancing and mask compliance was .

Went twice over the weekend. I was visiting in town. Friday night dinner around 5pm, was in line forever because it looked like they were new staff/training. Got very little scoops, bowl not even filled. After I saw how small scoops were I asked for another scoop of some of the items just so I had something to eat. Then went on Sunday for lunch around 1:30pm. There was a lot of people in line but the line moved! I did not have to ask for second scoops of anything I got just the right amount of everything. Sunday Guacamole was a little brown and chips were oversalted. Other than that everything tasted good.
