We placed a catering order for 45 people. Email confirmation was received over 24 hours in advance. Our order doesn’t show. We call the store and the general manager says he didn’t see the $500+ order. Offers nothing to help. Just says he is sorry. That is terrible. No offer to try and make it right. We don’t even know when our CC will be refunded. We will not order catering from Qdoba again in Des Moines area and maybe never again.
