In town shopping, had great service before at this location , next time I will look & see if she’s there – turn around – Walk Out!

So I was at this location Sioux City Sergeant road I ordered take out went to get it got home they gave me someone else order so I called about it the lady said in anger fine come back tomorrow and we will remake it came back the next day the lady kept saying it was my order not someone else’s so she kept wanting an argument she claimed to be a manager so if your a manager don’t act like a child okay I have been through many managers they do not act like that we will not be back just a warning for others!!

Was there right at noon and all the meat looked like it had been sitting out for days, pop/ice machine leaking all over floor. Silverware are not at all stocked and the whole area was dirty and dusty. The place looked like a dump. Half of the pop in the machine neede to be replaced, all water. On a positive note, staff was friendly.
