Good service but absolutely the filthiest place I’ve ever eaten. I’m really worried what it looks like inside the drink machine and if I’ll get sick. We had to ask someone to wipe a table…they were all really dirty. The floor looks like it hasn’t been swept or mopped in months. Crumbs, wrappers, chips and dirt everywhere. I’d be ashamed to own this place. Beyond gross!

They were out of lettuce at lunch time. Chicken was cold, and I hardly had any on my burrito bowl. The chips were crumbs–I think I had 4 whole chips in total. The place was absolutely filthy and the maintenance of the store is terrible. The man at the cash register had no people skills whatsoever and spent almost 15 minutes stocking forks, which had also run out IN THE MIDDLE OF LUNCH TIME. It’ll be a while before I come back here.

My experience at Qdoba was bad from the start, the app was acting up, but the people working were nice,, the food had things I hadn’t ordered, though. There was a option of juice or milk. But there is a soda machine, speaking of the appearance of it, it was filthy, with Flys, tore up booths, the only thing holding it up was some painting things. It was expensive also, so I just got the kids thing.

Waited in line over 20 min. Wasnt busy. Only 1 person making the in store and online orders. They gave me the wrong burrito. Managed to find mine in the online pick up rack. Again, not my burrito. Was passing through as i was working out of state. So i decided to eat it anyway. The burrito shell was split open and unable to eat like a burrito. If I wanted a bowl, I would have ordered a bowl. Love Qdoba. We have had parties at our house catered from Qdoba. This is NOT near the service or quality I’ve gotten at other locations.

I stop by once weekly. I noticed opposite of taco bell but more people went qboda than taco Bell. Try taco shell bowl and is my most favorite with pork with pinto beans. Yummy!

We have never had bad food here but it’s absolutely disgustingly dirty every single time we go in. The place has only been open a few years but it’s run down and not cared for. It looks like the floor has never been swept or mopped. You have to clean the table before you sit down. I refuse to put my child in the highchairs because they are so dirty.

My husband and I were just passing through town. We have not gone to a Qdoba in years! We are more Chipotle people. We were surprised at how many toppings were available! For a chicken bowl, it was probably $0.60 more than at Chipotle. But with guacamole included, this was much cheaper! Also, the tortilla strips and queso was a gamechanger! Totally going to a Qdoba again! Service was fast and friendly at this location. Store and bathroom were clean as well.

We are out of town for a mini vacation so we stopped in at QDOBA for lunch. The restaurant was dirty, had 2 young men working. We had to clean the tables ourselves to eat. Every table was dirty. The bathroom was worse toilet paper rolls just sitting out not in the dispenser, sink was absolutely disgusting and the paper towel holder didn’t work. The young man who took our order was polite but the one who rang us up was so rude. My friend asked a question about her order and snapped “well you didn’t tell me your order so how am I suppose to know that” we also asked for our receipt and he crumbled it up and threw it away. I ordered the steak fajitas and they were ok, not worth the dirty restaurant or rude employee.
