I went it to get dinner because it’s close to my work and on my way home. A few weeks ago my boyfriend and I went and it was very dirty food wasn’t fresh and they had been out of things. I felt sick after I ate the food. I went in tonight to get dinner thought I’d give it one more chance. I got home and my side of chips are disgusting and I have no clue what is in it. I’m so disappointed because Qdoba is my absolute favorite fast food place to eat but I’m beyond disappointed and disgusted with the quality of food and service. I think the owner really needs to look at finding employees who actually want to work and will represent your franchise very well. It’s very unfortunate.

Stopped in for dinner around 6 pm. Very quiet looking from outside, as if closed. Was actually open so we went in and young girl with red dyed hair barely looked at us. Green haired young guy eventually joined her from back. She said they were out of all chicken, we said we were still interested in ordering so ordered 3 rice bowls for dine in. As we took our food to empty tables, noticed the garbage on floor and visibly dirty tables and seats. I kindly asked the green-haired guy if he could clean off a table for us. He asked if I wanted it with a wet cloth….. I said yes, please. Came out with a very dirty brown looking cloth and wiped off the table I asked for. Wasn’t friendly, left water on the table and food on the seats. I felt like I already asked for the sun and moon so I brushed seats off myself with a napkin for my family of 4.

Felt rush to order food even though there was no one else in line. Most of my food was cold and the rice was severely undercooked. The only thing good was the chips and queso. It was my first time at this location and will definitely be my last.

Food itself was okay. Service was trash. Rushed through the line by server when there was no one in line behind us. Server assumed what toppings were wanted. And when quesadilla was put in container, was complete disaster. Ended up scraping it out of the tortilla and make it a bowl. One of the worst experiences I’ve had here. Trash.

Absolutely disgusting. This is a fairly new store and it was truly disappointing to see how dirty it was. There were at least 4 employees working and no customers. Every single table was dirty, there was water spilled all over the ground. One employee was changing out the soda and when he closed it so we could use it, there was orange soda sprayed everywhere and hair in the ice trap. You would think he would’ve cleaned it out since he was just working on it. It was very poorly managed and no one seemed to care. The food was ok but made both me and my boyfriend sick to our stomachs a few hours later. Won’t be going back unfortunately. This is how businesses close down.

Ordered food an hour and a half before they closed and they were out of most of the toppings, and queso. On top of that when asked if I wanted salsa the girl behind the counter moved the salsa cart out of my line of sight so i guessed on what I wanted. And when I said I was done with the salsa choices the guy started wrapping my burrito before I could even add what little toppings they had left. Food wasn’t even warm

I love this place so much more than Chipotle. I can only get dinner there when I go north of the Western suburbs or into Wisconsin. I wish I had more of these near my house! I do miss the adobo sauce, But I’m liking the chili cream. And these quesadillas are fantastic!

The quality of food is very poor. Chicken is burnt/dry and rice is undercooked. My taste buds DIED eating this food. If you want to revive your taste buds, then go to the one on Durand and Green Bay. Service was quick this time compared to last time but service does not help with the quality of food.

I’ve gotten food here on a few different occasions and it’s usually decent, even if the orders are usually screwed up and some meals have the incorrect toppings. Tonight, one of our burritos came with a chunk of plastic inside it, and someone bit down on it. I’m not sure how the person making our online order missed this, but the employees need to be more careful.
