we had just gotten done with football camp and we went back to the Qdoba at 9 o’clock at night. They were still open and there were two women working. There were literally zero customers in there besides us. I do realize that they were selling some kind of larger order for somebody but they completely ignored us as we stood there for nearly 10 minutes. They didn’t even apologize for the delay. There was a sign up that they were out of two different kinds of salsa’s, lettuce, black beans, and some thing else. We had waited very patiently but finally after an excessive amount of time we stormed out without saying anything. They barely glanced up at us as we left. Horrible service. Absolutely horrible.

Every time I go into this qdoba there’s only one person on line trying to deal with a whole line but yet there’s 5 people running around in the back who don’t help… poor service and food always made half way and looks sloppy

Come to this qdoba at least twice a week but tonight may have been my last time here as this employee is ruining my experience completely. She is rather short and a heavier set lady with a dark complexion. First off i think she has worked their for quite some time not positive but its to the point where if i see her like i did tonight i debate on even going in the establishment. Every time im served by this woman she tries to rush me on what i would like in my food and gives the tinest portions and complains everytime i ask for no beans but extra rice …. She even said shes charging me for extra rice today which qdoba doesnt do. Then we get to picking what meat i would like and for the 3rd time in a row being served by this woman she gives me like 3 peices of steak for the entire bowl…. Not even half a scoop. So i ask for double protein and still get skimped while she is also complaining about me getting double meat. Overall if i see her in their in the future i will be sure to not be stopping and wasting my money. Probably the worst customer service ive ever experienced in my life.

I am usually a huge fan of Qdoba and decided to stop at this location for a quick lunch. Unfortunately it was not a quick or an enjoyable lunch. All of the employees were sitting in the costumer seats. The tall employee was very disrespectful, she would not stop making rude remarks. The food was burnt and the guac was tasteless. She gave us looks the entire time and had a major attitude problem. None of them looked like they knew what they were doing. The tall one was being sassy towards the other employees as well. The atmosphere was not inviting. I’m stunned this place has any 5 stars and still has that rude girl employed. Overall, I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Only been to this location twice. Both times guacamole and shredded cheese were missing from my order. Super small portions also. Only positive is that the chips are delicious.

This place is extremely hit or miss. Usually a miss. They give you barely any protein. I ask for half chicken, half steak and they give me 6 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of steak. Do better.

Man I hate doing these, but we have to do better. I just ordered a burrito bowl with fajita peppers and two kids nachos. There are no chips with either the bowl, or either nacho. The fajita peppers are just cold peppers and raw onion (Never had them not sautéed) and the kids didn’t even get the applesauce I ordered with their meals. I guess you’ll only get what you ask for if you watch them make it.

This is by far the worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. I just walked out of the restaurant with no food because one young lady was too lazy to make it. She said the “press was closed” but there was still 30 minutes left of the restaurant being open. When I came here last time about the same time I came today, a guy made my meal for me and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Utterly ridiculous! Tonight, the person behind me got food but I didn’t. The woman who served me looked irritated and apathetic. Her attitude made it an unpleasant experience. I honestly don’t want to come back again. It’s a shame because I love this place. Again, any good business serves their customers food no matter what. That is your job to get people food. I think you should seriously consider who you hire, and check and see that your employees are actually doing their job. I’m extremely disappointed in your business. This is completely unacceptable. I was gonna tip big tonight too.

I actually went in to order and take home food, 3 girls all standing around, while every step I took my shoes stuck to the floor! I ordered a bowl with the new shrimp and was told how “busy” they were not a person in the place and I would need to wait an extra 10 minutes, I was fine with the wait. What I wasnt so fine with was watching someone eat the shrimp out of the pan that was to go on my food! The absolutely inappropriate discussion of raises being on the next check by this same person who I gather was the quality supervisor. Maybe more work and less talk and perhaps NOT sampling the customers food. Wow just wow. A little bit of professionalism goes a long way!
