Online order of the Mango Chicken Bowl with the only change that I wanted pinto & not black beans. Tastes delicious however it’s missing a main ingredient, the mango salsa. Who knew that I had to be specific that I wanted the salsa since that’s how it’s advertised on their website ‍♀️. I didn’t feel like walking back to get the salsa but word of the wise, make sure you’re specific when ordering online.

I experienced the best customer services just now at this location. Although its on a busy downtown corner the service was excellent. I was in line for a few minutes line was long ,I ordered my food but when it was time for me to pay, my card was freezing and would read declined. I asked The manager who was behind the register to hold my food while i run to get my wallet, she insisted i take the food without pay, the young lady who prepared my food jumped and demanded its put on her meal of the day. Super kind individuals , i walked back to my car got the money still and told her to pay it forward by paying extra. Being pregnant and having someone show that much kindness brought tears to my eyes.

possibly the worst burrito I’ve had. It was small, under filled, torn in 3 places and not tucked at the ends. Idk things happen, I get it. However after calling and asking if we could get some kind of reconciliation they tried to blame it on Door Dash. Unacceptable food, unacceptable customer service. Not a good look.
