I’ve been coming to this Qdoba since they opened. It was great until probably about a year ago. Now it is an absolute waste of money. We wanted to order one day, and they had absolutely no chips. Another time, I ordered the surf and turf burrito on their app, and when the delivery driver got there, I received a text saying that they didn’t have shrimp. I asked for extra steak to compensate since the surf and turf was more than the steak by itself. The store didn’t do anything to substitute for it. There was no extra steak or anything. In fact, they didn’t put everything that I ordered in the burrito anyways. The final nail in the coffin was tonight. We ordered two orders of chips and queso and some chips and salsa. We received one normal bag of chips and another bag with maybe 10 chips in it. Again, the burrito ordered didn’t have everything that was asked for and was split right down the middle making it much more difficult to eat. But the worst part was the rice. It was completely undercooked and crunchy. It absolutely ruined the meal. I will not be returning to this location, and I highly recommend that you choose somewhere else to spend your money.

I was there at 11:15 am, 45 minutes after opening. All the tables were dirty, and the floor was covered in food scraps and straw wrappers. It obviously wasn’t cleaned from the day before. The worst part was there was a worker sitting in the corner on his laptop instead of helping clean up the dining area. He may have been working, but when the place is trashed, I would think sanitation would be the 1st priority, but obviously, that wasn’t the case. The food was good, but this location gets 1 star for how disgusting it was.

Ordered the same thing as I did only a few days prior at a different location and was incredibly disappointed. Was a bowl with chicken, extra rice, queso, etc. I received what almost seemed like an easy amount of rice, as there was barely any and definitely not extra. Barely any queso, chicken and other toppings were fine. Only received about 10 decently sized chips to go with it; ordered to go and only noticed the chip bag was insanely light when I got home. I love Qdoba’s food but this was really disappointing, especially since I went out of my way to go to this location because the closer option had certain toppings unavailable. Rated 2/5 because it still tasted fine, just was pretty lackluster compared to other visits unfortunately

Ordered off the kids menu for kiddos with dietary restrictions. The server did her best to be sure choices were appropriate for needs. Notified the restaurant was out of chips with a haphazard sign on the door. This was disappointing but still decided to dine there. Food was fine and kids left happy. Inside restaurant was a bit dirty with smudges on the windows and door random french fries on the dining floor. There was also a spilled drink right outside the front door.

Ordered burrito..My family laughed at it when I got home because it was so small.. it was half the size it should have been. It was uncomfortable to watch them make it. I paid 10$…. Other Qdoba s are fine.

Service was slow and unenthusiastic. Manager on duty emerged from the office as if she’d just been woken up from a nap, still wearing personal wireless music earbuds around the kitchen. No one cleaned anything during the entire visit. Store was dirty, garbages overflowing and food prep area was covered in spilled food, no food labels and tons of empty containers. Food tasted fine, surprisingly.

This is my 2nd time having an issue with this Qdoba. The first time, I had raw chicken in my burrito bowl. Took a break and after awhile decided to give it a 2nd chance. But after today, I think I will be going to a different location.
