Picked up lunch today by going through the drive-through. When we got to our destination, we discovered that basically everything was wrong. Ordered the 3 street tacos and they slathered sour cream all over the top of them (not supposed to have sour cream). Not even inside the tacos, all over the outside. How is somebody supposed to eat a taco that way? A nacho bowl had rice in it and it was requested to not have rice. The chips were stale and the drive through person was rude on top of it all. When I called, I was told there was nothing they could do with the exception that I would have to bring the food back before they would give a refund. Very disappointed in this location. We go to the west GB location all the time and never have a problem.

Open for an hour and no shrimp? My order was wrong and my burrito was folded like garbage. I went back to the store and they didn’t refund me. Said I needed to call corporate. Dirty careless cheaters works here. Do yourself a favor. Don’t go here.

Very disappointed. I put an order in at 9:15 and the pickup time was in 30 minutes. I got there and my food wasn’t made. They were very rude. I told them I had a pick up and they started making it but they put everything away. They had to pull up my order on their screen from the section they had cleared. Now all I get is a refund the will take up to 3 days to be processed because the employees were to busy screwing around with their friend instead of making the food. Very bad establishment.

I went inside to order takeout. No line around 8:30 pm. The blonde lady grabbed an unsealed bag of chicken and proceeded to open it and just dump it on their containers. Like just right there at the counter with all the other ingredients. It looked very messy and dirty. This same chicken was served in my bowl. To top it all off, the lady was rude, and it felt like I was bothering her. When I got to my car I touched my meat, and to me, it felt like if I ate it, I would pay a hefty price. Anyway, this is my first online review ever. As an introvert that’s how much this situation has impacted me.

Went here tonight through the drive thru. The young red haired girl was talking over the speaker with fake accents making it even harder to understand her. Pulled up to the window to pay and the other staff was swearing in the background yelling “motherf@*ker”. The big gal with red hair was rude. Then I get home and the order was wrong! I ordered steak nachos and they gave me brisket and didn’t put half the stuff I wanted. I hate to say when the staff was young guys, my order was always right, I never heard swearing and they were always super polite. Not sure what happened to the staff here.

We walk into the lineville location and all the tables were dirty and the floor looked like nobody has swept in months. There was dirty dishes where they make the food and they didn’t bother to wipe up the counter where they make the food either. When we go up to order the worker looked annoyed that we walked in to order food. She was super rude while we were ordering our food. It seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I don’t think we will ever go back to this location. I was repulsed with how disgusting it was inside, it definitely made me lose my appetite.

Extremely disappointed with this location. Qdoba is one of my favorite places for lunch. I had to order from this location because the other one didn’t have what I wanted and I was ordering ahead on the app. I was not only disappointed that the food wasn’t ready when I got there, after the time slot they promised it would be ready in, but also, this is my “extra rice extra steak” bowl just after I mixed it. I would expect MORE than this in a standard bowl, let alone when ordering EXTRA on my bowl and PAYING for extra and not even receiving the amount of a regular bowl, very irritating. I WILL NOT be ordering from this location again. Extremely disappointed.

I understand that staffing and costs are making things really tough for restaurants right now – and so while I want to keep supporting my local location… EVERY time I’ve ordered in the last 6-9 months, our order has been wrong or just really poorly made. We’ve had near-empty taco shells, bowls with the wrong beans, rice and/or meat, flour tortillas instead of corn (for someone who’s gluten-sensitive)….and today, my daughter was given about 1/4 bag of chips, which weren’t enough to last through half her order of nachos. Again, I’d love to support my neighborhood location – but we won’t be going back.

I live 1 minute away from this place and love Qdoba. JUST not this one! Ive tried this place 5 different times and every time I get it it’s like I’m eating leftovers! Cold! Never again will I eat at this location. Oneida st location is by far way better than this location.
