They really need to watch YouTube videos on how to roll a burrito at the location near the mall. Been 3 different times my burrito falls apart and I’m eating it with a fork. Still my go to for a quick bite during work, so back to the bowl for now.

They were so great! I’ve worked in retail/food service and they had a great combo of efficiency and customer service. They were just getting things done. The food was so fresh and looked great. I never have an issue with Qdoba but this was the most impressed I’ve been with Qdoba.

I just can’t justify eating here anymore. I get a salad and they charge me $10 for what is mostly just lettuce and no meat. I could see paying $10 if they actually gave you a decent amount of meat but they don’t. This place is a rip off to me. I’m done with it.

I just can’t go here anymore. I really want to but I just can’t. I love the food, better than Chipotle, but the main guy behind the counter ALWAYS rings me up incorrectly in order to overcharge me. I always only get an adobo chicken bowl which should be ~$10. The guy ALWAYS rings up my order as nachos with double meat. I’ve overlooked it several times before. This last time I went here I called him out on it and he said it was because I ordered double meat, even though I watched the screen like a hawk and he again rang me up as a nachos double meat. I never order double meat because I don’t want to pay extra for it, but he got very defensive saying I did. And he most definitely did not add any extra meat. This is no accident. I have reported this happening on surveys before (guy also gets very pushy about giving them five star reviews) but no one has ever reached out about it. Don’t want any freebies or refunds or anything. I just want this intentional overcharging to stop. I really love QDoba but I will absolutely drive across town from now on just to avoid this particular location. Extremely frustrating experience.

What brought my rating down to three stars, is the past few times I have gone, they put very little meat on, way less than what they used to. I have to pay to have extra meat, which amounts to what I used to get when it was a normal amount of meat.

My qdoba nightmare. Absolutely the worst first experience ever. I’ve been to chipotle, subway, etc. The mexican guy here looked at me and said “I’ll help you right over here.” Then proceeded to make 5 orders in front of me not saying anything. I guess they get uber eats or something. Then told his much older caucasian coworker to handle my order. This guy must have been well over 70+ not that im discriminating, but in no way shape or form did he address me just looked at me with his blood shot eyes until i asked for a burrito. He got to the black beans before looking at me. I had wanted the mexican rice but I guess they call it brown rice like starbucks calls drinks venti. They asked “brown rice” after wiping the white rice back into the serving tray. Never been here before I did not know what they were asking, so I pointed at the orange rice, again silence, so I decided to be assertive and asked for pinto and birria, I had asked for a separate cup of salsa, but the mexican dude wasn’t in the mood, so he asked mild or medium then put it directly on to the burrito. At that point I was upset, disrespectful workers, incompetent, and blatant disregard for requests. I told him that was it and gestured to pay. I was so happy I could tip 0% then look them in the eye. Luckily the food was delicious. Next time should I visit I will see them and treat them with disrespect and callous, they honestly deserve it. I would never treat anyone the way they treated me. Btw a birria burrito is 11$. 9-11$ is what you will likely pay.

Stopped in for a low carb bowl. Good staff, fairly clean but the salad was bad, brown and bruised. Did not make us sick but I was worried! Be careful, the jalapeños have sugar in them. They need fresh jalapeños and habaneros. Otherwise a good experience.

Food was okay, burrito was poorly put together & after 2 bites came apart & all the ingredients came out of my shell. Also I asked for cilantro & got this stalk(see photo below) we love the franchise & our location in Oshkosh but we’re disappointed w/ this visit to this location.
