We frequent Qdoba often due to limits in our dietary needs as vegans. This spot is always a favorite – staff are efficient and so friendly, and the food is consistently fresh. Quality is the expectation here and it is delivered regularly by staff!

If you like ice tea, then this is not the place for you. They were out at 3pm in the afternoon. Asked if they had more or were going to make more. They told me they don’t do tea there because nobody wants it. Food was good, just not as big of portions as other locations. Restaurant was clean so that’s a plus.

We had a strange, unsettling interaction with an employee. We decided to eat outside after receiving our food. Upon returning inside to refill a cup, however, I was loudly and abruptly addressed as “bro” from behind the counter. As I walked over, confused, the man who prepared our food began chiding me for “aggressively snatching” the same cup out of his hand earlier. Though perplexed, I was sincerely apologetic as I did not want to escalate the situation. Despite this, he continued, reprimanding me for “taking the cup he was giving out for free,” mumbling something about his contempt for the phrase “the customer is always right.” I was bewildered, as I did not recall ever taking the cup from his hand; if my memory serves me right, he had placed it on the counter next to our food, and I had only collected it after paying. He finally disengaged, ignoring my inquiry as to when this happened and what I could do to amend the situation. He instead muttered something along the lines of “whatever, it’s fine, bro,” and walked away from me.

I had a horrible experience today. I walked in and saw signs advertising the new mango shrimp bowl and I thought that sounded good so I ordered it. None of the people working there had any idea what I was talking about and then they started yelling at each other about what was in it. I was mortified. Then they just threw the ingredients in a bowl and put the lid on it without asking me if I wanted anything else on it. I was so embarrassed and upset I didn’t know what to do. I went to the car with my food and started crying. We will not be back. Maybe train your employees before adding new items to the menu.

Chicken was burnt in some places and I’m a bit picky but the rest was amazing. The individual who made our food was very funny and kind. I would absolutely go back! (Especially if you like chipotle)

Needed somewhere good to eat after a day working in the south Metro. the staff was friendly and efficient at getting me order taken. i love that queso is included on the burritos. another well known establishment (or two) should take note and do the same. the food was hot and very tasty. the Mango salsa was a fun twist on an already delicious burrito and the queso and chips hits the spot. I would come back if in the area again.

Those cooks sure know how to make good juicy chicken! I always go to the chaska location bc it truly is the best & the people there are decently helpful! Guac needs a bit more lime or spice but I do love that it’s free! Addicting 🙂

First of all I had a problem that the door/window says 10:30 and they weren’t open yet and the guy inside was waving his arms and I felt pretty awkward because I couldn’t understand why he was doing it. Second of all the people making the food felt like one guy was new and the lady had to tell him what to do with the kids quesadilla and I felt like I should have just gotten chipotle as I felt the whole experience wasn’t very good as the amount of items putting on my burrito like sour cream etc was kinda ridiculous small and the burrito wrapping on my husbands burrito was a mess he ended up having to make it a bowl which wouldn’t have been so bad but it felt like no real attempt was made to even try if I was going to spend $40 dollars I’ll do that at Chipotle as at least I get better service and portions will not likely return with my family
