Burritos were very good, we sat down with a hour and a half remaining of business hours a female employee got mad we moved to spot (that was previously dirty) so she could mop the previous table we were at. She immediately turned around and got noticeably mad and said that we had to make her do extra work and stormed off. Food was good yet again but definitely some work on customer support, rest of the employees were nice and non combative but does not degrade the interaction faced.

The food has gone downhill, we had a steak and chicken burrito bowl and the meat was grisly and tough and dried out. This is the second time in the month it has happened. We will be stopping away for a while in hopes Qdoba gets their act together. Still miss being able to get lime slices to squeeze over our food.

This last time we went (Thursday) was literally the best chicken bowl I’ve ever had in my life(not to sound too draumatic) I’ve always liked Qdoba over the competition but this last time really knocked it out of the park, even my husband who is an avid competition lover was won over by this last time. He had a chicken burrito. My bowl was amazing, it was so much food that the lid barely fit on (we ordered online for takeout). The rice was perfect, chicken was perfect, everything was. We will definetly be going there more often. Ordering online was fast and easy and nice because you can customize it exactly how you want it. The employees are always so nice, happy and clean.

Food is good and pretty consistent, but today a girl working asked if I wanted to try a sample of a different salsa with my chips and I said yeah why not. She then went out of her way to have the guy at the register charge me for it. Absolutely hilarious, and truly an excellent strategy for customer retention.

The food is good (better than the other big chain competitor), but at my most recent visit I watched the cashier sneeze twice onto the back of his hand, NOT WASH HIS HANDS, and then proceed to reach for my burrito to ring me up. Not only disgusting, but this is a huge violation of very basic food handling procedures. What else is going on that we don’t see?

This was my first time in a Qdoba. Just another Chipotle but more expensive. We spent almost 30 bucks on 2 bowls and chips. The two employees behind the counter looked miserable and had zero motivation. Being my first time, I had just a couple of questions and he even rolled his eyes. I got the shredded pork which was excellent. Hubby got the chicken. When we went to pay, the cashier asked if it was regular chicken or spicy. We saud regular and asked why. He said it was more expensive for spicy. Not sure why but we paid and sat down. The cashier did offer me a cup for water since we only bought one drink. I thought that was very sweet. Anyway, we tried it but don’t think we will be visiting another one anytime soon.
