My server had greeted the last customer a great day ‘See ya!’ and all that jazz. Then turns to me. If I had a mirror I would have checked it for a swastika on my face (or anywhere else!). “What do you want?” my answer and then “yeah'” as he’s waiting for my decision. If this were busy, I’d get it….I was the only one!! Didn’t ask if I was getting my food to go or eat in so I asked for a lid. Rang up my order and walked away to someone else he liked better…I guess. Grabbed my own receipt disappointed. Food is terrific, but really, if you don’t like your job…get out, quit…do only fans…something….don’t punish others that are just trying to live and let live. Pic of receipt when you may want to avoid the insulting service…..

My 3-cheese nachos were drenched in so much green sauce that everything else was drowning in the green sauce and it was basically inedible. It was basically just eating straight green sauce. This was a pick up order and so we had to drive back and ask them to remake it and they rolled their eyes at us when we asked, gave us minimal toppings, were out of all their meat except a few types of chicken, and were rude the entire order. Bad attitudes and bad food.

I went to this location a couple of times, and every time I ask myself why because they give you a ridiculous small amount of food and you’re paying so much at least let me see what I pay for like I have to keep asking him to add more rice it’s not even an extra charge. Why should I have to keep asking you like give me a decent amount I’m just seeing bad experience. This is why I like chipotle.

I’ve been a Qdoba’s customers for years and have always enjoyed the cheese quesadillas. I would add pico de gallo and black beans to the quesadilla. I always have the guacamole even though I do not like cilantro. I wish they would either make it without or with parsley but that’s a personal preference. Qdoba’s is not like Chipotle’s who uses cilantro I believe to cover up the taste of the other food they serve. Some people like me taste soap in cilantro and it’s gross. Sure glad they have brown rice without it. This time I ordered black beans and brown rice on the side. Neither the beans or the rice were fully cooked, they left a grainy texture in my mouth. There was absolutely no liquid in the black beans what made it even worse. When I cook black beans at home I get an almost gravy type liquid and you know you’re beans are going to be soft. The quesadilla was good as usual but I think I counted four pieces of tomato in the amount of pico de gallo they gave me. I could only eat about a third of the meal but later tonight I’m planning to cook the beans and rice until they’re tender and put the quesadilla in the toaster oven with a little extra cheese and a generous serving of Pico. I do not eat at fast food restaurants, Chipotle’s, Taco Bell taco bell, McDonald’s, Burger King , Arby’s Etc. When traveling I tell my husband the only restaurant we can stop at would be a Qdoba’s. He is thankful that at least I like Qdoba’s and he can get something to eat too. Not giving up on you but hoping for a better outcome next time

Went in last night after long day of work asked for loaded nachos. Bro plopped two scoops of cheese onto a plate and looked at me blankly. I asked him if I could get loaded nachos again and he looked at me confused for a lil bit then asked if I wanted chips with it. I was like nvm man forget the nachos can I just get a bowl and he was too confused too speak. Just stared at me and then was like “so you want the chips in a bowl??” Bro was on the good stuff

My brother, girlfriend, and I have had nothing but absolutely horrific customer service from this location. Each of us have had all bad experiences. I love qdoba and have had good experiences with every other store I’ve been to. After some previously bad experiences with this location, I decided to give it a chance today and the guac was spoiled. It was completely sour. The guys behind the counter were extremely rude. I will never give my business to this restaurant again. A place managed like that should be out of business. I love qdoba but don’t go to this one.
