I love the food. My only complaint is that they often are out of some stuff, like Jalapenos. I absolutely would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick meal. It’s filling, but not for long, and you can make the food as light or heavy as you want. The place is usually pretty clean, and the staff are nice enough. I order from here and visit very often, and I can say that it’s usually pretty good and worth the cash.

This place is nasty . I mean, who would’ve thought? After a hard day, you’re just hoping for something new and exciting to munch on. I’ve gotten into the habit of carefully inspecting my food before even considering a bite. Trusting restaurants is becoming harder, it’s like they’re all just not that clean. I’ve always had my doubts, but I used to brush them off, thinking, “What are the odds bugs would end up in my food today?”

Not going here again. Better food is right next door. Can’t believe the attitude I got for saying my order was missing the meat. “Mhm” like I was lying about it or something. You think I ate it all and came back demanding more? Cause that’s how I was treated. Please if you’re a manager reading this don’t even bother trying to correct your issue. I’m not going to message you so you “can make it right” Not wasting any more of my time with this company.

Each time I’ve been to this location the service is slower than other fast casual restaurants in the area. Unfortunately, each time it has also been quite dirty. They were out of a lot of ingredients, ended up patiently waiting 25 minutes for new ingredients and another 5 minutes or more to be checked out while door dash orders were being made. Asked for a receipt since my QR code didn’t scan, the employee said they didn’t know how and another employee dismissively said it hadn’t been working all day. I would perhaps instead recommend the recently remodeled and cleaner Qdoba in Grand Forks if you are in that area.

I absolutely adore Qdoba’s food, so that is why I kept going back. But after today’s service I just can’t do it anymore the woman who took my order was so rude, and she was rude to my partner when he picked up food a couple weeks ago. The man working (I assume he is the manager because he is almost always there) is always so nice, it’s unfortunate the people working with him are so rude. Switching to chipotle sadly

I had the smothered burrito with brisket. The food was good and the staff was fast and professional. Pretty busy for lunch but the wait wasn’t bad. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick meal that doesn’t feel like fast food.
