This is a follow up to a previous rating that I gave at a different location. The first review was poor as I felt the food was lackluster at best. The company sent me a couple of coupons for a free meal to try again. This time I had the brisket type meat in my Taco. It was quite tasty even if the meat was in a different format than the usually crumbled meat that one gets in tacos. I will be happy to go again now that I know they have a flavor that I like. We enjoyed our dinner at QDOBA Mexican Eats. Salad, Burrito bowl and qusedilla were very tasty. Soft drink added the fun. Tortillas chips and the dips were great. On the whole nice experience. Our family enjoy the food thoroughly. We being vegetarian request the chef to change the gloves for our food preparation and he readily agreed and changed the gloves.

My family went around 3pm and the food was amazing!! The staff was very friendly. The nachos were incredible and flavorful. The bowl was really good as well. Everything seemed to be made fresh. My daughter had the kid’s quesadilla and she finished all over it. I wish there was one closer to Naperville/Bolingbrook because I really love this place. Worth the 30 min drive

This was my second time going there after I had bad experience last time … thought I give them benifit of doubt . But I was wrong .. they don’t seem to give you regular potion sizes when ordering a bowl and when you ask for more they give a bad look and add minimum as posaible . And they want to charge extra 2 bucks on top . When gettig to Sauces and ask for at lesst decent portion she was giving me half of tea spoon and felt rushed . Lady who served me was so miserable it’s like she was doing me favour and she doesn’t want to be there working what so ever . Won’t be going back there again . It was shocking becuase other qdoba or Chipotle have better services only this one is soo bad .

At no fault of the establishment, there was a huge “party” of kids screaming loudly and throwing chips all over the floor. Was a very unpleasant experience dining here with this activity, but the fault belongs on the parents not the establishment. I feel bad for the workers having to clean up afterward

The manager was terrible and rude. He had black hair looks Spanish. They provided no chips with our bowl we ordered and charged us $2 extra for chips. He did not put enough queso on our bowl and charged us $2 extra for queso. This is the worst Qdoba grill I have ever been two. The girls don’t even smile. They were rude and all sauces were not stocked. We won’t be comfortable ng back here again.

Okay so the bowl itself was good but I’m giving this place 1 star for the level of service. From what I know, the point of a bowl is so you can customize it the way you want. There were 2 people (1 male 1 female) behind the counter helping us build our bowls and everything was going good until my bowl was handed over to the female. I asked for guacamole and I noticed there was none in the compartment (barely any). I already knew there wasn’t enough for me and my fiancés bowl. To my surprise however, she took the scoop and started scraping the bottom of it to get every last bit of guacamole out. I felt extremely grossed out because first off, I don’t know how often they wash these and no one wants to get the very last bit of anything. As I was taken to wait by the checkout, the male opened a new batch of guacamole for my fiancé so I asked for one scoop as well considering I didn’t get much to begin with. I didn’t think it was a big deal but this Hispanic woman had so much annoyance on her face. The male and her started whispering things and then she tells me I have to pay for “extra guacamole”. Obviously I was like you were scraping the bottom of the compartment to give me my small amount guacamole, I just want a scoop of the fresh one. It literally took this woman so much rethinking to even get that for me. After paying and all, we were eating inside and to be honest I felt uncomfortable because I could tell she didn’t want me there. At least chipotle has the decency to take out fresh ingredients once they’re running low and mix the remains with the brand new batch. It felt like I was being attacked for no reason.

Came here on a Thursday and all 4 staff who assisted made it a very pleasant experience….the food is great and with such great staff, definitely will make this in my top for on the way home from work when ordering quick take out.

Had not had Qdoba in awhile due to Chipotle and now I know why. If you have the option to choose go Chipotle. Food is just better overall.

As a vegetarian, I am looking for places that will keep the carnivores in the family happy along with myself. Qdoba has impossible plant based meat they can use in any of their entrees. They also have a number of naturally veggies offerings. Enought to keep the “mixed” family happy. Fast and tasty. Built to oder. What’s not to like? This seems to be on one level, but if you have wheels the manuvering may be a bit tight, and the counter is high.
