We ordered 3 bowls with chicken, chips and guacamole. My bowl didn’t have any chicken, missing queso, and extremely dry. My husband guacamole was, well, it wasn’t. It was a half of an unripened avocado. Our bag of chips was less than half full and it was mostly broken pieces. I have never been this disappointed in our neighborhood Qudoba.

The food and service here are always great. The only complaint I have is that you can smell the sewer gas of the bathrooms out in the dining room. It completely overwhelms you in the bathrooms itself. They have been this way for years, so I don’t see them ever fixing it or doing anything about it since they haven’t in all the years I’ve bought food from here. But the food and service are good, so just grab your food and eat in your car so you don’t have to smell that sewer gad and have a chance of getting sick from it.

As you can see no cars on the parking lot . I am the only car on the lot. I walk in there is 4 workers! 3 in front and 1 in back. I’m the only person standing in line for 10 minutes no one greets me, Didn’t ask me was I ready to order . They are just standing around laughing talking. I’m on lunch break I was hoping to get in and out . I stand in line for 10 mins hoping to be next everyone standing around I just walked out won’t be back again. Definitely disappointed this place is just going down hill. Need better workers and management who cares for the customers . Absolutely ridiculous. It is 12:59 break over here it is I have no food in hand . Completely disappointed

Staff spent entire time yelling back and force at each other like it was a high school hallway while manager stood by not interceding. Bathrooms was exceptionally gross. Food average. The entire premise could use a deep cleaning.

Very rude stuff. Always in a rush to make your food so they can get back to being on their phones. It’s always like this. Came at 2 pm on a Wednesday and it’s dead and the girl upfront just has a bad attitude. Just wanted a chicken quesadilla and she doesn’t even put cheese on it to start and put the smallest amount of toppings on there that you’re being charged for. And when I asked her why she wasn’t putting cheese on my quesadilla she responded “sometimes we do sometimes we don’t” and passed the food to another worker then walked away to get back on her phone. $11 for a scoop of pre cooked chicken, a scoop of watered down pico cooked inside of a giant flower tortilla? That’s what they wanna get paid $15 an hour for to make? Unbelievable. For the prices of this place is expect before food quality and service especially. They can’t even cut the quesadilla correctly lol the whole store is a disaster when paying attention to detail.

So mad at this location at the moment. My boyfriends mom went to get us dinner from here on 04/30. I typically get extra protein whenever i get a bowl but didnt feel like paying extra this time around. When she got back and handed us our bowls I realized that my bowl had almost no protein in it. Like almost ZERO. I probably had 8-10 pieces of chicken in the whole thing. They also gave me an ungodly amount of rice in the bowl. It was just ridiculous that we essentially paid for a bowl of rice/mango/pico/and corn salsa. Theyre lucky im not calling the store.
