There were only 4 people in line when I entered the store. I was excited because Qdoba is one of my favorites☺️. After ordering and paying that’s were the disappointing begins . The manager he came from the back line cooking to chastise a worker who simply didn’t know. That made me feel bad as if I shouldn’t have asked my question.

Horrible experience, unorganized, filthy, unprofessional and very immature workers running this establishment; went today for dinner only to have a young gentle mock me for not pronouncing a menu item correctly; what bothered me the most is that no one thought it was necessary to correct him or greet any paying customer that walked through the door. You know without consumers there’s no revenue to generate a check. Training is highly recommended!

I would give it a 0 if I could. I seriously ordered my food 30 minute prior to arrival. They lost my ticket and served everyone else before me. They then made fun of me, and we’re visibly making fun of me to the other staff.

40 minutes before closing time, the dining room was closed up, they had already broken down half the bar and they were out of everything. When I asked to have a burrito, he said “Alright give me a few minutes to set everything back up.” I felt guilt tripped so I just told him it was fine I wouldn’t eat anything and picked up the queso nachos for my dad (in which they could only give us a few things since they were “out of” half of it). The employees did not wear gloves preparing my dad’s food. That’s just not sanitary. They also rung us out for 3 drinks but did not tell us they were out of half of their drinks on their drink machine. This was just a horrible experience.
