I will never order from this store ever again. My first order was on 8/15, I ordered two burritos and two kid’s meals. The store did not care to call me that Burritos were not possible, only when I reached the store they informed me about it. They also did not complete the kids meal and didn’t give the sides that were ordered with the kids meals. However they were kind in offering refund for my order. I went back home but the refund never happened. I decided to give another chance and ordered again on 8/22, thinking I will pick the food and remind them about the refund for my last order. I reached the store at 7:20pm and it was closed! The usual closing time is 8:00pm. Not sure why they accepted my order when the store was closed ahead of time. I stood outside the store and called them, thinking I will see a movement inside, but there was indeed no one. So now i have two orders, one was incomplete the other was not delivered at all but Qdoba has charged me for both.

I ordered catering nacho/taco bar for my son’s birthday party. Everything was on time made fresh and the friendly employees. Everyone at the party loved the food. I would highly recommend this location for catering.

I went here today for lunch and didn’t have a good experience. I wanted a vegetarian burrito and they barely put any beans or rice in it. Went through the line and the guy couldn’t get my burrito to fold up and ended up ripping it. They had to put a completely different shell on it, which ended up having the burrito taste like nothing since all the sauce got wiped off. Really sad, burrito had absolutely no taste, just like eating rice, beans, lettuce and cheese. Beans were actually hard and not soft like they should be. Workers acted like they didn’t want to be there and just wanted to push everyone through the line. Disappointed and was still hungry after eating as there was not enough substance to keep me full. I wish I ended up going to Taco Bell as I would have been full and it wouldn’t have been flavorless. Won’t be returning due to bad food quality and rude service.

I ordered a burrito to go. The burrito was HORRIBLY wrapped to the point where it fell apart as soon as I started pulling to top of the foil. The employee didn’t mix it up so the first bite was all lettuce and sour cream, then tomatoes and corn and so forth. There was no taste of meat or rice until the bottom but at this point it had fallen apart. I put it all back into the bag and gave the store a call. The manager told me I could return for a remake or a free entree. When I went back the next day and asked the manager to make me a bowl, she said “I thought you ordered a burrito”. I reminded her she gave me two options to make this right. She proceeded to make me a bowl and I asked for a bag of chips. I assumed they would be on the house since I was inconvenienced the previous day and had to make a trip back to the location. Nevertheless, I paid about $2 for the chips. The bowl was much better but the chips were extremely too salty. I’ve worked in customer service before and when consumers patronize with you, there should be a level of appreciation. I would have never charged a customer for a $2 bag of chips when REPLACING a unsatisfactory order or product. This was unacceptable. I’ll be in town for the next three months for work and I’ll be sure to patronize where I’m appreciated.

2/22/23 Went to Chesterfield, MO store. Asked for a “chicken protein bowl” that’s on your web site. The server didn’t know what I was talking about. And, no menu with your bowls in the store. The bowl I was served was not good, no flavor. And NO straws in the store for fountain drinks. Strongly doubt I’ll ever go back to Qdoba again.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. I never leave reviews, but last night I found small green WORMS in my chip bag after eating a large portion of them. I’ve never been more disgusted in my life. When I called the restaurant to complain, the manage was extremely rude. And, when I said I would be contacting corporate, the manager rudely told me, “good luck with that.” DO NOT EAT HERE!

Went yesterday, and for the third time there was a sign on the door. This time it was a sign stating that they were only accepting online carryout orders, no dine in customers. The first two times they were either not opening or opening late. I’m done visiting this location.

Manager (black shirt) who is working at this location (12/19/2020 – 7:15pm) is great. Friendly and respectful. The rest of the staff is good too. My mobile order was prepared on time. Food is also great! I prefer Qdoba over chipotle 🙂
