I had a carryout order in which the salsa and/or the guacamole (genuinely cannot remember) didn’t make it to the bag, so I turned around and the workers were quick to remedy the situation by giving me doubles of the aforementioned items, a fountain drink, and information if I chose to reach out to corporate for any refunds. I did not feel compelled to do so as they made a strong point to make up for my return trip. The customer service has been really solid and the portions are very generous.

It wasn’t where I wanted to go but it was a nice place. Good employees working there. Very nice. I am not a big Mexican eater so I didn’t really care for the food but the amount given verse what you pay is great. Especially in this day. I probably will go back at some point.

My burrito was not wrapped. It was folded in half with food oozing out. It was then placed in foil which was only wrapped 1/2 way around the food. It was the most pathetic version of a burrito I have ever seen and unsanitary given it wasn’t completely covered in foil and then placed in a paper bag. I went back to the counter and asked for a bowl to dump it in. Never ever eating here again. Disgusting!

They took money from me twice after my order was cancelled by them. They hung up on me 4 times. They took like over 50 dollars out of my account on my birthday and would not give me a refund.

I see many bad reviews for this location, but thats not the experience i had. BRYCE was so nice and calm. THIS is one of the best experience i had with fast food restaurants in St. Louis. No nasty attitude or gross food.

Would not recommend food is over priced for poor quality. Shrimp is over cooked due to being stewed in a sauce for who knows how long (I guess until someone orders it) rice was overcooked as well. Flavor was not there even with all the sauces and queso i had them put on my bowl only thing that was decent was the steak
