Never have I been disappointed until today. When I took a bite out of the burrito there was a weird burnt smoke flavor and I pulled out a way over cooked chicken….at first I was like okay no big deal but it just kept getting worse. Almost if not all of chicken was burnt and not edible at all. I don’t know who is in charge in the kitchen but they need to have a closer eye of how things are being cooked because serving this is not ideal for anyone. Hopefully they will do better next time.

Was super excited and the first time I ordered for delivery it was wonderful. Since then however I am getting less and less in my bowl which is not worth the price. As others have stated, burnt chicken and little rice. Pic below doesn’t fully justify just how empty my bowl was.

It’s quite obvious that they sometimes are out of food and have too close early. Because any and everything we have gotten since they opened has been good healthy portions and Very fresh!!!! We eat there at least once a week now. If not twice a week

I haven’t taken the time to actually say how disappointed I am with this qdoba location but now I feel the need to. I went there several weeks ago and ordered take out and received burnt pieces of impossible meat. Completely inedible. The second time I went to this location I was told that the impossible meat wasn’t fresh as I watched them dump it out and wasn’t allowed to place an order. I went back there today(shame on me) and received next to nothing in impossible meat. There was barely enough to be a tablespoon. I will NEVER go to this location again and I’ve already lodged a complaint with corporate. The staff is friendly enough but horrible at the one thing they should be doing and that’s cooking food and giving out proper portions. Stay away from this location. I’ve seen others make complaints about this location when it comes to regular protein meats so just imagine how they treat vegetarians. If I could give 0 stars I would. I hope they turn this location into a Chipotle

When we arrived Thursday afternoon about 7:45 PM we were the only people other than employees. The food prep surfaces were dirty, and there was one employee throwing food at the others. Not a great seen to walk into. We reluctantly ordered as the food looked old l, sitting in the pans. When our food was done, we had to ask them to place the wrapped burritos in a bag. I guess they wanted us to walk out carrying 4 in our hands. We live close, maybe a mile away. When we got home and started to eat, the food was maybe room temp, my daughter said hers was cold. The staff appeared to be all kids and there was nobody we saw that resembled leadership. Throwing food and loud music was also a sign. This location is new, but there is no excuses. There are lots of food choices on Mid Rivers, I hope they get their act together.

The portion sizes are smaller than other Qdoba locations. Their staff are young and not trained to handle situations. Their trash is overflowing. The bathroom is disgusting. Today their air conditioning vents, which are located directly above the serving food, we’re dripping water down onto the food which was being served to customers without any real solution to the problem they attempted to relocate those portions to other areas of the kitchen but the dripping from the ceiling was prevalent throughout the restaurant. Then they took photos of the situation because they couldn’t solve the issue. Bad building design which, in my opinion, further reflect the underlying problem with the restaurant, poor leadership and ownership.

Smallest portions I’ve ever seen at a Qdoba, ever. Bowl was half full. Asked for veggies and they gave me literally three strands of pepper. Not worth the price.

Went here this evening. Highly disappointed in this place. I received no guacamole or sour cream for my quesadilla, got the smallest burrito I have ever seen and my cat’s food looks (and probably tastes better) than the surf and turf bowl. Won’t be going back here anytime soon. Taco Bell is better.

No drive thru. Went inside and was told only taking “online” orders. Was told I could place my online order with my phone while I was standing there. Really? After fumbling thru an app to place my order, one young man said he would prepare my order. He took less than a minute to prepare my food. How ridiculous to have a customer stand in front of you and you tell them order via an app?

My husband is a rewards member so we went to your new store in Cottleville, MO for an early dinner. The staff was great and there were plenty of them, however, I was very disappointed in the serving size versus the price. It was a good thing I had a gift card to help cover the cost because I would have been more disappointed had I had to pay for the entire bill with such small portions. I had the Steak bowl and I think I maybe had about a 1/2 cup of brown rice with the meal. The scoop of steak was reasonable but again what I received was, in my opinion, no where near the $11.25 cost I paid. Earlier this month, we had visited one of your competitors and I ordered the same thing, a steak bowl. Not only was it a little cheaper, but the amount I received on my plate was much more than your place so I could not eat everything that I had received. We also had the chips and queso. Most of the chips were so salty, you couldn’t eat them.
