First experience, I felt uncomfortable the minute I walked in, was very unfamiliar with this place, I just followed the people around me. I can only explain this place like a subway and chipotle had a baby. It’s cafeteria style tell them the item you want from the menu and they throw it together. The stations weren’t well maintained, and it was staff/employees just treated you like you were a number . No smiles no hello no let’s try to make you feel at home. I would NOT recommend going unless you want to spend money on an overpriced cafeteria

This review is difficult to write. The food we received was delicious, but it was almost an hour past the estimated pickup time. I sat in the dining room after placing an order in the app and watched a stream of customers get served, all while I waited for my order. When the time finally came, the lady that handed me my food was polite and apologized, so that was nice. Seems like store management needs to take better care of their employees and their business.

This stores keeps messing up my food. I’m a very understanding person but honestly I’m annoyed at this point. This is not the third time they e messed up my food. You can literally see salt crystals all over the chips, they’re soo salty !! I had steak in my order, the steak was RAW, not to mention my order was a nacho bowl… I had beans and the nachos were half bean juice and half queso. I couldn’t even enjoy my food. Straight TRASH. This store has ruined my outlook on Qdoba as a whole.

Lobby was clean and free of litter. Food was good, but wish I wouldn’t have been rushed to choose my food as this was my first visit to the restaurant. They was a clearly new young lady working that was being huffed at by fellow workers and at one point told to “move” so someone else could “just do it” instead of guiding her. We truly didn’t mind that she was learning. Some of those workers need a lesson on being friendly/kind to co-workers. I didn’t catch her name but I felt so bad for even stopping to eat because of how harsh she was treated.

Very nice staff! Love the atmosphere and the way you can “build your own” item. It’s basically like subway but with Mexican style food. Clean lobby. Love the soda machine; it’s a coke freestyle machine and there’s TONS of drinks to choose from!

It was OK, but the music was so loud they could not hear us. They were really expensive, 1 burrito and 1 bowl was $30 no drink or side. Won’t be back, they used to be so good like 10years ago.

I’ve had issues with this location in the past, careless management, bad service etc. But as of late, the service has been great. So, kudos to upper management for the adjustment. I’d also like to give special kudos to Stephanie. She was very polite, prompt and attentive. Definitely enjoy patronizing businesses with those types of employees.

I have been trying to add a healthier option to my diet for the summer and QDOBA’s chicken or vegetable bowl hit the nail on the head. I have been going more often because the service and staff has been good I would recommend.
