I ordered a bowl and drink and was charged $19.19 I looked at the receipt and noticed an extra charge for a drink. Both employees could not figure out how to refund the drink, so they did what any QDOBA employee would to and plunged there hand into the tip jar and handed me a bunch of crumpled up $1s. I looked over my shoulder and noticed the employees standing on the griddle cleaning the smoke vent. Don’t get me wrong I’m glad they dedicated time to clean up in there but the man standing on the cooking surface with dirty shoes made me question all life decisions leading up to this point.

I don’t know what has happened to this particular QDoba, but I wouldn’t take my worst enemy there to eat. The grill line and food prep line were so unbelievably disgusting. Looked the like grills have not been cleaned in weeks, the food prep line which is directly in front of customers was absolutely filthy. When I came in there was only one table of customers inside eating. Two of the four employees were sitting in the dining room hanging out instead of cleaning up the restaurant. There were two other employees that came in from a smoke break as I was about to leave. The customer service was “fair” at best. I don’t know what has happened to this particular location., but rest assured I will not be back anytime soon. For a $30 order for two people to eat I expect a lot more than what was offered. I will be contacting the health department for the amount of uncleanliness going on.

I went to Qdoba on a Saturday around 12:00 pm. When we walked in the workers seemed like they were bothered. They asked if we were ready to order and when we said no she gave us some attitude. When we were finally ready the worker seemed EXTREMELY bothered the whole time. I am a picky eater and just wanted a few things in my bowl. When I was done she was like “IS THAT IT?” and seemed very upset that is all I wanted. The food is overpriced. I also thought the food was very bland. I wouldn’t come back to this location.

The food is almost always very good however the service is hit and miss. The atmosphere is exactly average. If you order a bowl instead of a burrito and ask for extra rice and beans it can become two meals very quickly without any extra charge.

I used to go here more often but hadn’t been in a while. Before, it was always busy but handled well and good customer service. Today I go in, there’s an odd smell coming from the kitchen. Like they tried to clean and cook at the same time. It was off putting. Hardly anyone there. The cashier who checked me out didn’t even complete the transaction with me before he started talking to his coworkers beside him and ignore me. He didn’t hand me my food or receipt – I had to reach across the counter to get my food from his side and then I just left. Customer service here has gone downhill.

I love the food at Qdoba. I’ve been to every one in Springfield. This one is the worst of all. From the manager to the majority of the workers they are drug addicts and are often high when I’ve been here. The manager treats customers horribly and is rude if she can’t rush a person through. I observe while in line waiting and it’s obvious she is high. The food line is dirty, she grabs the phone while helping people and complains openly to whoever she is talking too. I could go on and on about the stuff I e seen here. Today I walked in and they have a new woman working who is clearly another addict. Does Qdoba background anyone or drug test. This woman was lost and trying to look up how to make a bowl. She was exasperated looking around for someone to help but no one cares. The line is growing and she’s sweating in the food. I turned and walked out. One time while here I mentioned to an employee that the manager is on drugs and they responded “no kidding “. Another Qdoba restaurant told me the same person owns all the Qdoba restaurants from Springfield to Branson. I went into a Qdoba in Miami. It was clean, efficiently ran and everyone working there was sober. Imagine that!!!

Best part is that guac and queso is free as an addition to your burrito unlike other places. Food is passable but a bit bland. Prices are comparable though on the higher end. But what isn’t nowadays. Overall it’s a middle of the road place to fill your belly. No complaints.

This was the worst tasting food I’ve ever had. What happened to the quality? The place was trashed. I will say the customer service was good considering. I’ve never had such bad tasting qdoba in my history. It wasn’t anything like normal. I don’t know if they changed their quality of food or what happened. Won’t be trying it again to find out.

Bathrooms need to be cleaned. Employees seemed irritated with each other and customers. I believe the employees names were Scott, Victor, and Karen. On the bright side, the food was tasty.
