I came here for lunch with a couple friends the other day and it was one of my first QDOBA experiences. The first thing I noticed was that the space was really clean and the atmosphere was really nice. The place wasn’t crowded at all, so we were able to order right away. I got the three cheese nachos and I really enjoyed it. Overall I would definitely come back to this place for lunch or dinner.

Usually I love Qdoba but today I came in around 845pm and wanted a bowl with shrimp. No shrimp! Settled for chicken only to be served cold chewy chicken. My husband got a burrito with chicken and same thing cold chicken. Waste of time and money.

We went here before church this evening and were unfortunately disappointed. There were only two workers, the female was doing dine in orders and she was so incredibly slow. There was a young gentleman name Ty working and he was phenomenal. He was taking care of online orders and keeping everything stocked on the line. Not once did the female leave the line to stock stuff. He made 4 orders in the time it took her to do one. You could see the wall where the stick the online orders and there was at least 6+ there the whole time we were there because they kept coming in. Ty was friendly while he was stocking stuff and fulfilling his orders. The food food quality wasn’t bad. Some pieces of my chicken were too burnt to eat and the female kept telling people they were out of queso and just had the spicy queso but right after she made mine Ty brought out fresh queso from the back. Over all not the best experience but I want to make sure it is known you can tell Ty is a great employee.

The staff tried their best to serve us, however this qdoba was way under staffed. Diet coke was flat, and there was no tea (and did not get filled during our visit). One of workers did allow me to take a bottled tea as a replacement for my purchased drink.

Let’s use the ole compliment sandwich on this one. Nice clean interior looks great. Horrible sense of urgency among the staff. Really, I would have given a zero for service because there was none. Only one other person in line and four workers. One on the grill doing work one on counter having to go back and grab things every other ingredient and then two that just seemed to be existing. I have an hour for lunch, but I wasn’t going to waste it all standing in line. Would have been faster to go across town and eat at another Qdoba. There was a long string of online orders it looked like, but seeing the speed at which the ones making them worked I can’t imagine why. Burger King across the parking lot got my money today. The workers did seem to be enjoying themselves, so I guess there’s that at least?

I usually like the food, but the service was terrible today. (April 10th, 11:30) The girl helping me wasn’t listening at all, I asked for a tortilla and never got it, I asked for fajita veggies and she said they were out, but the person immediately after me was helped by a different person (that dude is always great) and they just made them more veggies, I asked for a salad and got a bowl with a little lettuce on top, I ask 3 times for the dressing to be on the side and instead she squirted it all over my bowl and didn’t fix it. I don’t know if she was new or just super high, but definitely a disappointing experience at a place who’s food I usually really like.

Not only was this a horrible place to work for during COVID as the restrooms were never cleaned by management. But now years later during a heat snap I’m about to pass out from the heat and a old lady in your corporate office asks me to leave although I was nice in the beginning after moving to try to get some relief from the conditions she again asked me to leave, I did not hold back I’m unfortunately living in my car until I can get into a rental and I did not have the human decency to not let her know my mind, I will never patronize your establishment again it is obviously not a place of kindness.

I have gone there several times in the past month and wait a long time to order food because they prioritize online orders and make the in person customers wait. They have 3 people working and 2 do online orders and 1 takes care of the long line of customers. In person customers should be priority and to make them wait is not good customer service. This store is run poorly. I have never had this happen at any other store.

Scraped the bottom of the metal container for not even a full scoop of rice, same with beans, extremely small portions, also about $12 for the bowl. Last time I went it was better and I get that they’re busy, but I waited for 20 min, they could’ve asked me to wait 5 min and made more, or told me they didn’t have enough for a full serving.
