I have my normal stops to this restaurant and yesterday 8/30/23 I went to the location on 144th. It stinks in there. Not sure if it was the trash at the door but I did order to go and the bowl I ordered was good BUT the chips for my cheese dip were 3/4 stale mixed with fresh crispy tortilla chips

My wife & I went to eat at around 8:30 pm midweek and the place looked closed. Very dark, no lit up sign. Luckily they were open. Rodolfo took good care of us in making our bowl and burrito.

My wife and I stopped for lunch on a Saturday, an empty dining room greeted us, the ac was working great, only one team member was working the food line, her associates were eating their lunches and not paying attention to the line of customers massing. This particular team member was in training and was abandoned by her trainer (eating lunch and talking on her phone) and couldn’t be bothered with inquiries. I just think that there should have been more help with new team members. Apparently, nobody else was going to come help customers. Also the food line was in dire need of a wipe down and refilling of ingredients.

Worst Qdoba in Omaha, do not go to this location if you can help it! The food is never prepped correctly and their chips are so bland it is disgusting. I have tried going back a few times the last few months hoping they will get better but they are consistently awful.

Tried their new surf & turf meal when it 1st came out & it was a big regret. I don’t go to do a except MAYBE once a year. & I found that they are VERY EXPENSIVE FOR fast food. I got a steak bowl with chips & Queso. My total was $18! That’s insane to me. Definitely a way to keep me from spending on fast food lol

They do not know how to prep. They leave skin on the avocado, don’t stem their cilantro, don’t cut their cilantro, and don’t shred their lettuce. I have ordered twice from here and the first time I figured maybe they were just busy. But the 2nd time? Nah. This is ridiculous. LEARN TO PREP.

The pop machine is flooding the dining area. One employee put up a wet floor sign. No one is bothering to mop up the mess. Several customers almost slipped and fell. The management/owner is lazy.

Ordered food through DoorDash. According to the app the order could be put in no later than 9:30pm because the store closes at 10:00pm. Order was taken by Qdoba. When I receive the bag with my order, it was not done according to what I’ve ordered. Got the 3 pulled pork tacos on hard corn tortilla; 1 of the 3 was on flour tortilla, ordered with Pico and only had tomato. And of course they didn’t add the salsa that was ordered. Also the bowl I ordered was not right either. Employees should do their job in a better way, thats why they get pay for. Store closes at 10:00pm is clearly they messed up the order because of the time it came in.

worst experience I can remember. Terrible food, Terrible service, Just left after a couple bites of what was picked out of the garbage in the bowl. Squirted sour cream juice on top of soggy uncooked tortilla. This store is a no go. At the end of this review they ask what plate I would recommend. EMPTY!!!
