Somehow I paid $50 to feed four people. (Two adults and two kids) I received sub par service from a place that was certainly understaffed. They were out of an incredible amount of items. There was no carbonation in the pop, and no tea. Shrimp wasn’t available, there wasn’t any apple sauce in the kids meal. The store was super dirty, I probably won’t ever come to this location again. I always have the argument about Chipotle vs Qdoba. If this store is Qdoba’s best work, then it’s not close. I’d really appreciate someone reaching out because there is much to be improved here.

Ordered the chicken protein bowl. Supposed to come with double the fajitas and I barely got a pinch. Asked for more, had to wait for more to cook, no big deal but the rest of the meal was left uncovered for the few mins it took to cook the fajitas. Meal was pretty cold and wasn’t much chicken put in the meal to begin with. Have always had good experiences here too. Just an off day I hope

I ordered a bowl. I ordered extra food and he did click his tongue to me. He said I can’t do this to cashier. The cashier tried to close wihout glove. He touch my food without glove. I had worst experience ever at Qdoba. I can’t belive. I go Qdoba often and had bad attitudes sometimes from employee however, this is worst. I couldn’t eat food even I bought because he touch my food without washing hand after helped other customer payment. I’m sad I had to pay for it 16 dollar… I didn’t expect great behavior at fast pace work enviroment however it is wrong to do click his tongue to customer. I will never go back again.

Went to this location at 6:50pm today and they said due to shortage of staff we cant place orders inside we have to place them online and wait in our vehicle until they were done. There was 6 other cars waiting at this time. There should be no reason we can’t place our order inside and wait I just got off of a 12 hours shift and had to wait over 30 minutes for it with 2 workers standing there doing nothing while the other 2 workers were laughing and taking their time! Better management and better training needs to be done, theres no reason 4 people can’t perform this job. UPDATE: I got my food burrito was fine, they gave me a small queso cheese dip (like what you would put ranch in) my sons tacos were suppose to be plain (shown on the ticket in pic one) and they had cheese and sour cream on them. Mine were supposed to have multiple things on it and it only had cheese and sour cream on it also. What a shame these people can not only take orders in person, but they can’t make the food correctly when the ticket is right there in front of them!

We ate there for lunch, and not sure why, but they cranked the music. We couldn’t even have a conversation. Asked them a couple times to turn it down. Just don’t understand why they had to have it so loud.

Liked it better than Chipotle, except for the chips. Some of the chips were LOADED with salt and some were soggy, not crisp. Table area could have been cleaned up better.
