It was my first time patronizing the Qdoba establishment and I was a bit apprehensive. However, I went ahead and purchased the chicken queso bowl and a drink. The bowl was filled with vegetables, beans, meat, and queso; they were not skimpy with the fixings. The bowl was light and didn’t make me feel groggy at all so it’s perfect for a work lunch. I’m now back in New Orleans so if there’s one nearby, I will patronize the business. They’re also military friendly, fyi.

Pretty nice place. Haven’t been to one in several years. Had some good signature deals that were good prices with a drink. Only weird thing, the deals were not customizable at all. I wanted cheese and jalapeños added. Gentleman politely told me when you add stuff it becomes a make your own, and is more expensive. But he added some cheese for me. Has a freestyle drink machine.

Terrible customer service. I’ve been to this location a few times and each time I get the exact same thing. All of a sudden tonight when I came the same lady(wearing a black shirt) that was there on my last visit was there again. She went back and forth with me, literally arguing, about putting my queso on the side for my nachos. This is the only way I’ve ever gotten my nacho, so I was completely confused and just wanted some understanding on the issue of how I wanted MY food. I picked this up on my way home like I always do and I like to heat the cheese and pour it over my nachos so it seems fresh. I had such an unpleasant experience with this lady that I will never come back here ever again.

The people here are just extremely unaccommodating and just plain rude. They cheat their customers out of the protein and are extremely stingy and ungenerous with their chips. You would think the customers were asking for food out of the kitchen of their homes. I guess it’s fine if you’re ok with losing your customers over a simple request such as including a few extra tortilla chips. Qdoba should really be more selective about the staff that they hire to represent their business.

It was alright. Kids eat free on Sunday. Enjoyed the pick 3 specialty tacos. Kids quesadilla was a little burnt. Daughter enjoyed the chips and cheese more. Nice remodel too.

Service gets 10 stars. They are always so nice to me and my brother when we go on our lunch break. The food is surprisingly good and fresh for being so fast, and bonus, it’s healthy if you’re careful with your choices. They have one of those drink machines with numerous drink options and since most places close to my office only have diet coke or unsweeten tea, getting to have a diet drink with lunch makes me more likely to patronize them than other establishments.
