Ask for my salsa on the side since the mango salsa was extra watery and was charged $2.50 each. If this is policy then shame on them, if not then they should train staff better. When I ask the counter person if that was correct they just looked at me like I was stupid for even asking.

Excellent service with a smile. I want to thank Ronda for helping me today. This location was understaffed for the day and Rhonda came in early, being the only one on the line helping customers! Upon entering the store we waited about 5 minutes to be served, a young man waiting to clock in finally served my family and I, however he still wasn’t clocked in, because the young lady who was clocked in was in the back doing whatever she was doing. He was very friendly and polite. When she finally decided to come out from the back, she gave her boyfriend something free to eat, she gave him free cookies, and a free drink. She was also preparing to wrap the cookies they bake. The cookies were sitting out on the table in the open from the time we entered the store until shortly before we left. Because she gave her boyfriend free cookies and she had them sitting out on the table for so long, I asked if they were giving out free cookies today, her reply was “no, they’re just sitting on the table”. The food is normally good however I’m not sure what happened during this visit. No one had on a proper uniform so I guess it’s safe to assume uniforms aren’t provided or needed at this location. The attire looked as if they rolled out of bed and decided to go to work. Very unprofessional. I’m not from this area, however I would not recommend this location to anyone based on our overall experience.

Ordered to go, my son had never tried this place. I asked him what all he wanted on his and told him he had to eat it. I returned with the usual Qdoba burrito (the one that barely fits in the tortilla) and hand him his and said eat up. He looked at it, unrolled it, I can’t eat all that (he had it for dinner again and finished it for lunch the next day. We are well and enjoyed it.

There were only 2 people working and it wasn’t busy at all however the 2 men there were not friendly at all and hardly said 2 words to me and my husband. I got the feeling we were an inconvenience and their attitudes said that. Although the food was good we won’t be back. I’m in customer service as well and that is 100% how not to treat a customer.

Not a very pleasant experience. The building seemed to have no A/C, was pretty dirty and there was a roach in the women’s bathroom. Also were unable to get lettuce on either my bowl or a burrito because they were out minus the 2 pieces they had left to put on my bowl, very disappointing.

Used to love this place, but last year it’s been run down and the place is filthy.. I understand Chipotle moved down the road, but come on. There is stuff caked on the walls and counters, the dishes where they cook are disgusting looking, and the food taste like it has been reheated several times. I hope they can pull together.
