Location was messy. Food was tasteless. The eating area was messy anywhere I looked. Our chips were stale, the food bar had different food spilled over into neighboring containers, the chicken was tough to chew, couldn’t taste any of the spices. Beans were old enough that you felt yourself breaking through the skin on them. Won’t be back anytime soon.

I had several bad experiences with Qdoba in the past. When speaking with the NEW management, they were extremely sincere and more than made it right. The food was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was thoroughly satisfied. I will definitely be back! Unfortunate they were unprepared for OSU homecoming. The only meAt the had was ground hamburger, left over brisket and some burnt chicken. They also only had brown rice… no white rice. I know it’s one of the busiest days of the year but they were totally under prepared. Trash was overflowing and the floors were filthy along with no napkins. The GM was very apologetic and helped us modify our orders. The store was also out of regular soda. The only soda left over was sugar free pop and sparkling water. The only reason I would return was the GM that helped us.

Qdoba has good food and I like eating there, but this location is gross. It’s always dirty, the staff is always “in the weeds” it seems, and the building obviously has some sewer issues. Maybe I’m hitting them at bad moments but ‍♀️

I love the protein bowl. That’s my primary reason for visiting there. However not all the associates know what exactly is put, despite having the chart which some conveniently skip. They end up putting incorrect portions and end up confused. One associate asked me “Do you want rice on the chicken protein bowl? ” and equated “corn strips” to “corn chips”. I was lucky for other times, with pro active associates that gave correct portion and serving sizes.

This is hands down the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. The moment I walked in should’ve been when I walked right back out. It was so dingy and you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. The bathrooms were awful. They were understaffed which I can understand but the food looked like it had been out for a week. When biting into the food, it wasn’t like your normal Qdoba experience. The food had a very foul taste. Also it wasn’t as fresh as you would expect.

Good burritos. Great staff. Nothing is very spicy, but still tastes good. Should add grilled habaneros yourself if you want a spicy burrito. I highly recommend it. Just grill them before, and bring in a plastic bag. Anyways back to the point, chipotle sucks

Nope. Just go to any of the other places in Stillwater. Dining area is in disrepair. Floor is filthy and sticky. Lights are burned out and not aimed correctly. The grill is covered in char. Just glancing into the kitchen it looks horrible. It used to be much better 5 years ago. Now they can’t even keep a bathroom clean or mop the floor.
