I absolutely love this location. The customer service is great, the restaurant is clean, and the food is hot. They have a great selection of protein to choose from and options for vegetarians. I ordered a regular bowl with beef,3 tortillas, applesauce and a regular drink. The lady only charged me for the bowl and drink, and also threw in a juice for my son. It’s a nice and quiet environment I guess depending on the time. I personally like Qdoba over Chipotle…based on the rice and more options of meat.

For that price, we were not expecting to be so good with big portions. Rossy gave us fantastic service, so thoughtful and helpful. And Jermy was really great too. Both were super accommodating. The crema salsa is unreal, and though it sounds gross, you have to put the pickled red onions on whatever. I could eat those with a spoon. Great queso too with crispy chips.

Where’s the flavor!!!! Everything was bland from the rice to the meat. It’s a shame because I love qdoba. I have to remember that the flavorless people are probably the cause of this. Oh well. The staff was nice so the 3 stars are for them only.

I came just a couple days ago and had a great experience… then today I came I didn’t have as much of a good one, I was given barley any guacamole and queso, then when I asked for a slice of lime I was looked at like I was crazy and told they didn’t have any.. even tho this is the only time I’ve been denied a slice of lime. Why would they have them advertised with food if they didn’t have them? I was looking at limes when she told me they didn’t have any… like if you don’t wanna do your job just say that or at least give me a real reason on why you can’t give me a slice.

This place is dirty. We came in at 10 when they opened and I got a cup of ice water from the dispenser , there was black stuff floating in it. The walls and pictures frames are nasty and look like they havent been cleaned in a while. The high chairs are filthy. Bathroom was not cleanee. Foods not bad but they definitely need to do a deep clean on this place I’d hate to see the kitchen.

I will NEVER eat here again. We ordered delivery through there website. They not me, they choose to use door dash. My order was delivered 45 mins late. Calle the store, was told its a door dash problem. Called door dash and they said order was placed through Qdoba so its there problem. I have sent two emails Qdoba for a refund with not one response. Food is decent, but service is horrible and customer service is even worse. They tried pushing a reorder. Not happening. Why would I want a second screwed up order. By the way I live about 3 miles from the store. Qdoba needs to make it right and give me my money back.

The manager there is a horrible manager. I walk in and she’s on her phone or talking to her coworkers awhile leaving a young kid to do the job by themselves serving 5 other people.
