This place has the cream of the crop for absolute bottom of the barrel service. All of them have an attitude and the food is ALWAYS cold and half spilled out of the bag. Management doesn’t seem to give two squats. Better off going to Chipotle to be honest.

I have constantly had issues with this location. Today my family ordered our food online. The time the app estimated our food would be ready was 7:01. We arrive at 7:07, and upon entering I don’t see my order anywhere. Perhaps I just don’t see it. No. I give an employee my name and they tell me “we will get that started for you right now”… WHAT??? As they start my food for 5 people, I sigh loudly hoping they’ll see how peeved I am. My hungry family is waiting and I am furious now, because what do I see?? At least 2 workers standing near the bathrooms talking to their friends and hanging all over their boyfriends while only a few workers were working on my order, not to mention there were other people waiting to order. Finally food in hand, I storm out of the building and get into my car. The time is 7:20 when I finally leave the parking lot. I would also like to mention that my order was not even prepared correctly. They gave me soft shells instead of crunchy. Today is my cheat day and I can’t even have my crunchy tacos. Night ruined, honestly. I will think twice when ordering from here again.

Reluctantly ordered a delivery order again as they always seem to mess something up or forget something. Should have gone with my gut and ordered elsewhere. Ordered 2 kids quesadillas with apple sauce, chips, and juice. They sent the quesadillas but nothing else. I ordered a Birria bowl and the bowl came with no Birria, just rice and beans.

I can in to order and my card god declined multiple times so the manager said its fine and to just take the food. When I got home i tried to pay over the phone and an employee repeatedly told its fine don’t worry about it so all around it was great service and all ways great food!
