Wife and I ordered lunch from this location and were very disappointed in the food received. I ordered a chicken burrito and while eating it I noticed half the ingredients I selected were missing from the meal. I literally received nothing but a rice and bean burrito. Not at all impressed with this Qdoba and I will not be returning.

Went to the store earlier today to pick up just taco salad shells for our dinner at home. The girl that was putting them in the to-go containers specifically asked me if it was okay to break them to put the lids on and I told her no. She DID NOT listen!! Every SINGLE taco salad shell is completely broken!!

The last few times we have been to this location the restaurant has been less than clean and the staff, specifically the dark haired lady in glasses whom I can only assume is the manager is very rude. None of the staff are happy to be there and either was I after our 2nd experience like this at this location. I guess we will go down the street next time.

I will not eat there again, not because of the food but because of the unfriendly person who takes the orders. This is the second time that the person taking our order ( Different people) was so miserable, unfriendly and very abrupt and trying to rush us ,not once did she smile or greet us. She just gave nasty looks , like it was a real problem taking our order. It wasn’t even busy at the time, so no excuse for her attitude. This behavior happened before in the past, with a different girl, do they really hate their job that much or just people in general. Really lousy customer service, which is really too bad because the food was good. But I don’t want to go back because of the lousy, unprofessional customer service.

Absolutely disgusted after the female cashier lost it on my and my kids for ordering drinks. A little task for independence (my kids ordering) brought out extremely poor customer service, leaving me and my children distressed., normally, I understand how hard it is to work in the food industry as I’ve done it for many years myself, but never have I had a cashier so disrespectful and nasty. Not worth the food.

Why bother ordering ahead(hours ahead) ? Showed up on time for our food to be ready lobby was basically empty but order wasn’t ready. Asked manager eta her answer is we have a screen of orders and only 1 person filling them. They have 4 people working the line for walk-ins oh and there were very few walk ins think they need to have better resource utilization and better customer service. Telling a customer that they have a full board and don’t know when it will be ready.
