This is the most tasty and affordable burrito bowl I’ve ever had. The pickled onions are one of my favorite ingredients. It’s either supper filling or becomes two meals. I LOVE that they allow you extra servings and the guacamole and queso is included in the price. It makes for the perfect flavor ratios. I usually pay around $18 for a double meat bowl with tip. Hands down my favorite burrito bowl place.

They also thanked me for coming in when I was walking out. I love the wide variety of sauces and vegetable toppings offered at Qdoba nowadays. The space was clean and inviting enough to stay to eat.

I never have problems when I order for delivery but every time I come in it’s a hassle to get what I want. I’m greeted upon entry but after getting in line and being asked what I’d like and responding “chorizo, potato, and egg ___” they’ve responded with the wrong protein option. Ok, that might be me not speaking up loudly enough. Then with the extras I’ve had two instances where trying to get a quesadilla they put the protein option in, some extra cheese, and then don’t ask for anything else before pressing it. There was one time they did ask what else and that was cool I appreciated it. I eat here often since it’s one of the only places open at this time that isn’t nasty, but I don’t want to have to feel stressed out about getting a mostly empty-of-my-preferences burrito or quesadilla for the price I would have gotten one with everything I want. I think I’ll just have to place an order for pickup to make sure I get everything I want.

Weird experience. The counter service was polite, yet the guy making the burrito I ordered seemed like he had never done it before. There were ingredients scattered everywhere and the lettuce was off color, chicken rubbery, and the tomatoes were old. My burrito tasted weird. I threw half away, worried I was going to get food poisoning.

Walked in and wasn’t acknowledged at all. The girl taking orders was on a tablet doing something and didn’t pick up her head for almost 3 minutes. There was two other gentlemen and a cashier who didn’t even acknowledge my existence. I ordered two nachos and got one bag of chips…for two orders of nachos. They’re a bit greedy with their portions here. Won’t be back with that sort of service though.

Called for assistance and was hung up on. Do not recommend. *4/28 ordered food for friend and they got onions on their food. They have a mild allergy to them so they ordered from a different restaurant. Not sure what is going on with this store. Just glad my friend isn’t deathly allergic. That could’ve been worse than just an irritation on their hands.

Qdoba wants to advertise free guacamole and sour cream with their dishes. But then when I asked for some more guacamole to go with my quesadillas because they only gave me a little small cup of it. They acted like they weren’t supposed to do that and that they were doing me a favor that it’s only supposed to come with this little tiny cup of guacamole the REALLY SMALL one THATS WHAT THEY TOLD ME!
