Pretty poor experience overall. Bought lunch for my family of five on Tuesday August 8th around 11:30am. Was overcharged $12 for a non-existent burrito, which I only caught halfway through our dine-in meal. The manager who had rung me up acted irritated that I noticed her error, but she agreed to refund my money as if she was doing me a favor. No apologies whatsoever. Opposite of an apology is all I felt from her.

Rude staff. After paying and tipping nicely, I sat down to enjoy my meal after a long road trip. Didn’t know they close early so instead of letting me and other customers know they are closing up, the staff member slammed chairs on tables and even threw one at the ground. Cool. I visit this town alot and will never return to this Qdoba.

I had a great steak bowl here and I thought it was wonderful how fast the food was prepared! The servers kept a steady production of everyone’s orders, even though there was a line, you did not have to wait long at all! The workers were polite and the restaurant was kept clean.

We arrived at 10:45am. The doors say the resturaunt opens at 10:30am. We walked in and they had almost nothing ready in the food case and after standing there for 5 minutes an employee came up and told us they don’t open until 11am. We left and came back at 11:10am but they had locked the door. An employee cleaning tables noticed us at the door but chose to ignore us as we stood there for 10 minutes. We decided to leave since they were quit intent on not opening.

Sorry but this location let us down….use to the pregnant style burritos, I made a mobile order via the app….had to remind the employees to make my order…the “custom” burrito was dry and tiny….. honestly let down especially for a $40 order for only two people

The manager did not take kindly to our vouchers for a free meal. Never have I ever had an issue using them. My god friends grandma gets them because she works for the company. Very disappointed. I will be going to the chippers in Silverthorne from now on.
