Last Thursday before pay day. My wife and I decided to order some pick up. I rode my bike 1.6 miles to the location. I saw that my order wasn’t on the shelf so I waited. And then got a notification That my food was ready But still didn’t see it on the shelf. I waited a few minutes longer when I checked the app again, I noticed that for some reason. The pick up was for a qdoba in Nebraska 79 miles away… When I explained it to the staff. They simply asked my order and made me the food without charging me!! These employees are the type to restore Faith in humanity way to go, guys. We’ll always use this location

Don’t order online. Every time and I do mean every time they haven’t even STARTED on my order when I get there. I always arrive after the end of the pickup window. I could show up and order in person and I would leave faster. Today was 20m after the time my food was supposed to be ready!

We ordered online. I got the mango salsa shrimp bowl. Not only was the rice crunchy and the shrimp a little overdone, but there was no mango salsa. I drove all the way back and asked them what happened, and they said they didn’t have any mango salsa at the time of my order. But they have a whole fresh tub now, 30 min after I put in the order! ….So, instead of holding back on the order and telling us the situation when we came to pick up, allowing us the option to wait or get something else, they just made the thing incorrectly and sent it out. They did give me their smallest cup’s worth of salsa, which didn’t really help the rice or shrimp taste much better as there wasn’t much to distribute around the dish.

Food was kind of bleh. I don’t get to choose what goes on my burrito? Then the employee makes the burrito… Basically the absolute minimum requirement for the job. And the restaurant expects a tip? The tipping thing is out of control. I won’t come back just because of that.

If you need to cater any large event (think graduation, Father’s day, reunion, wedding…) This is the place to go. We catered our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner and it was easy and delicious. Everyone loved the variety and people could make the bowl of their choice, nachos or salad. The price was right and the people at this location were amazing. We needed to adjust our count a couple days before and they were great. Qdoba and the Longmont location are fabulous

I always do a pickup order from this Qdoba and enjoy the food. They’ve always had my order correct, ready to go and the staff has always been friendly. My only problem is that since I pickup the orders, I always get a large drink to go and fill it up. However, they switched to these new lids that have an open drink spout. It’s definitely convenient to drink from but since it’s open, your drink can easily spill out when moving in a car. If you have to take a hard turn or or stop suddenly while driving, the drink spills out of the open lid and all over your car. I wonder if DoorDashers have had this issue too? Also not sure if this was a store decision or corporate decision but it would be nice to have the old lids back that keep a tight closed seal. It might be a minor inconvenience for diners that eat in or don’t get a drink at all so that’s why I still gave 4 stars. I included a pic of the easy spill lid.
