I think the qdoba here usually has fresh food. That was not the case today. I ordered for delivery to my place which I know makes food sit longer so it’s not as fresh, however I got old guacamole and really burnt chicken. I’m not trying to sound like a Karen here because I know I ordered for delivery, but that shouldn’t change anything drastically or make the food come out like it did.

Staff was super nice, greeted up said be with you in moment. You hear about service with a smile well the did not fall short. Had small issue but they fixed it no questions. This is a staff you wish you could steal for your own business. The food tasted fresh and we were their in the late afternoon so normally would be fresh feeling. Have to say best fast food in a long time.

The portion sizes are so inconsistent! when it is the lady with the silver eyeshadow all over you might as well turn around and eat elsewhere. she gives less than half a scoop of everything and when i asked for a little bit more she said it would be extra and was incredibly rude. which i would understand if i was given the regular portion size. ever since that day she has given me less and less every time… for a already mini bowl. the rest of the staff is great.

The food was good in general, but when we left they ran out of some of the basic foods used in a lot of their stuff like their black beans. While we were here both employees left the store while we were still inside leaving the store with no employees or management whatsoever. The manager Ashley was amazing and she served us great! The pictures speak for themselves. We showed up at 8:50 pm but as far as I understood they were open for 2 more hours. They were more focused on closing early than completing our order. Poor girl clearly didn’t have enough training to be on her own. Food was barely covered by the tin foil.

Constant poor service at the Johnstown, CO location. Does the burrito in the picture look even close to a regular sized breakfast burrito? On top of that food was cold. Was not asked if I wanted a receipt it was rudely crumpled as soon as it was printed.

Used their catering services for a graduation party!!! It was perfect! Food was hot and delicious also making the whole party outstanding! Savannah was amazing!! Showed up in the pouring rain with a smile on her face and got everything set up right on schedule!! She truly is a gem and I will definitely be returning to this location again!! Highly recommend!!!
