This qudoba always seems busy and it is for good reason! The ladies here work hard and it shows, I was 4th in line and my wait time was not very long, even with people ordering multiple items ahead of me.

My boyfriend and I walked in at 2pm and it had a very strange odor. We then waited in line and the women behind the counter pulled her pants up. Her hands were inside of her pants as she pulled them up. She then proceeded to make a burrito without washing her hands or changing her gloves. I never walked out of a restaurant so fast.

I received a text from Qdoba saying that after 10:30 am on Saturdays and Sundays you could create your own burrito with beef, chicken or pork and get a drink for $8.99. I went in to this particular store and showed them the text. They said they didn’t know anything about it and asked the manager on duty who was anything but friendly. She told me that she didn’t know anything and to check my app. I did and it didn’t show up so I asked if they would honor the text message. She said she didn’t know what to tell me as she didn’t know anything about it. If we had not been so hungry, we would have walked out. The “manager” on duty was rude, never smiled and spoke so softly you could barely hear her. I ordered chips a queso and the chips were very stale, the coke in the fountain was out and my food was cold. The “manager” did not offer any kind of compensation for the text that she refused to honor. I have been a GM of a restaurant and know that thia kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. I will NOT be returning to this specific store and perhaps none of them in this area as the service we received was less than stellar!

Lately I’ve just been a bit disappointed in this location. Tonight I went and got what I normally do, a cheese crusted chicken quesadilla. When she put it on the grill, the grill was smoking a lot. I didn’t think a lot of it and the top of the quesadilla looked okay (she did ask me if I wanted it remade, but I didn’t want to be a bother and I didn’t realize it was fully burnt). But when I got home, this was what the bottom of it looked like. I tried to call them for like an hour because I didn’t want to go back to the restaurant, but no answer. So I ended up calling the 29th street location and they resolved the issue. But disappointed that I can’t rely on the location closest to me.

Love the Qdoba near our home, the staff is always extra friendly and nice, very helpful, go out of their way to make sure your order is perfect, always make suggestions to try new things, and make small talk trying to get to know their customers. The food is good. I always get a chicken/steak bowl, ingredients always taste fresh. The soup is decent. Love the steak quesadillas and nachos as well.

Usually, my experiences at this specific location have been positive. However, tonight was quite different. I arrived around 10:00, expecting the business to be open until 11:00, as clearly indicated on both their online platform and the window display. To my surprise, the door was locked, and the employees inside seemed to deliberately avoid making eye contact with me, as if they were trying to ignore my presence. This behavior struck me as highly unprofessional. If this location has changed its closing time to 10:00, it would be greatly appreciated if they updated their business hours accordingly. It can be quite frustrating for customers who make a special trip only to find the place closed, especially when there are several employees inside who clearly display dissatisfaction with their work.

Stopped in last night after work and will never stop again. Lunch line at a middle school would be better. Everything slopped together, cold, tasteless food. Rude workers and filthy restaurant.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla, the preparer put some chicken and a little cheese on a tortilla and placed it in the cooker without asking if I wanted anything else. He did put the guacamole on the side. In the past they would ask what else was wanted. So I wasn’t sure what was going on. I know I should have had them start over.
