Went in at 8pm for two bowls to go, food was fine, they were making online orders and we waited no big deal. It looked like they were closing down so we checked the time saw we still had an hour and felt ok, but when we ordered we were rushed through the line that was half out of stock for the night and the guy running the line just made us feel pretty horrible about coming in.

According to Joey and Sheena, if you order online – then the store is not at fault for getting your order wrong. Even though they made the food that you paid for from their restaurant. So don’t waste your money here. Because they won’t make it right. And even when you’re just trying to resolve a pretty small issue they are incredibly rude and dismissive.

Food is good (when they get it right) customer service is AWFUL! And do not order delivery from this store via the Qdoba app. Store claims no responsibility and it took 2 phone calls and one visit to the store, all with attitude, just to get a refund. Not worth it.

I had a great experience at this particular location, we ordered online and went to pick it up and it was definitely busier than usual so we waited I think 10 extra minutes and the kind lady that was working online orders offered us a free drink while we were waiting for our food. Not only was the costumer service amazing but the food was still very delish.
