My wife and I were out shopping and decided to stop in and have some lunch. There was a line but the workers were pretty friendly and moved people through pretty quickly. They were out of different items which was surprisingly weird for them. With what items they had I had pretty close to what I normally order but when it came time to eat it, that was a different story. They always talk about how they marinate their foods and have tender and blah, blah, blah…… well I get chicken and steak for my proteins and was really disappointed. The chicken was really dry and I had to take a drink after about every bite to wash it down and I ended up picking the steak out because it was so chewy that I couldn’t get it chewed up. Pretty disappointed and it will be a while before we return.

I’ve never written a bad review in my life, but this location definitely deserves it. I found pork in my chicken bowl which is wrong on a multitude of levels, especially if I was someone who couldn’t eat pork. My fajita vegetables are giant, as if they were barely cut nor cooked. I’m talking multiple 2inx2in pieces of bell peppers and onions, along with multiple butts of the onion, and they all still taste and feel raw. On top of that, the staff were very unwelcoming and made me not want to come back in itself. I’m trying to eat this, but every bite just tastes more gross.

I ordered delivery, 18.50 for a double meat quesadilla just to get a flat, barely cheesed, dry tortilla with maybe half a singular meat portions on it that wasn’t even cut all the way thru. Also I didn’t get any napkins or cutlery with my order. I called the store and someone picked up the phone just to hang up on me. I eat in store often and have never had this issue either on service or food quality. Idk whats happening but don’t get delivery from these guys! They apparently don’t care about quality when you aren’t there to watch them make your order!

The absolute worst qdoba I have ever been to. Inside is nasty dirty. Bathroom is overflowing in trash. Employees have headphones in, so they can’t hear you. I ordered a burrito, it was overfilled and the tortilla ripped. Instead of getting a new tortilla- the employee wrapped it in two pieces of foil. When I opened it- everything inside fell out ALL over my car. Though it’s minimum wage, it’s your job and you need to car about it. Clearly, no one at this location cares about it. And if they want “no less than 4 stars,-“ they’ve got work to do.
