Food was alright- tasted good but it was cold. They were wiped out from a large order earlier and out of some items. But the place was DIRTY. Like REALLY dirty. Crumbs and sticky stuff all over the counter and food everywhere. I like Qdoba food but we probably won’t go back considering the place was disgusting ♀️

Not impressed by this place. Portions are small, chicken had the texture that felt like it wasn’t done, flavor wasn’t great. Lots of tables missing and only booth seats there. Three people working but line went VERY slowly. Also corn chips were stale. I won’t be returning here.

Excellent price for the size of burrito you can get. For $10 they will load you up a monster that can easily be cut in half and saved for a second meal later. Very tasty as well and the staff here are super fast and efficient without being rude. Highly recommend!

Stopped for lunch in Couer D Alene. There were 3 people working but only one rushing around. She was friendly and running around like crazy. Orders were taking forever because of this. They were also out of several things because they hadn’t restocked prep bar. The biggest concern was lack of cleanliness. Another girl, who appeared rude to coworkers and ignored customers, wiped her hair and face and wore no gloves. Then she was preparing a to go order and grabbed cheese off of the filthy prep bar counter because there was none in containers. Luckily everything she put on my salad actually came out of the containers. Second experience at Qdoba. The first was a little better but won’t come back

The place had almost all seating gone but for the booths. The door going in and out was soooo gross that u was afraid to touch it as it was filthy. Only 2 people there and no customers. No wonder as it has really come down in the 6 months since I was last there. Not going back.

I have gone to the Coeurdalene location since the day it opened, the manager at that time was so personal and professional he always greeted me knowing I was a good customer and trained the employees with consistency in putting out a quality product… now it’s completely different. I debated even going back but I keep trying to give them another chance but last night I think it was the last time I will go back to the cda location. I walked up to the door it was filthy looked like it hadn’t been washed in I don’t know how long aproced the counter the customer side is filthy there was black sticky stuff all over floor and wall ( this location should be closed and a professional staff brought in to clean) the girl working had terrible customer service I was the only person there to order and she rushed me thru wanted to know what I wanted on each burrito before she even got the tortilla out of the steamer.. just felt like I was in there way instead of feeling like a valued customer and by the looks of the lobby they should appreciate every one who walks thru the door because the place used to always have a line now its like a ghost town. By the time I got to the register I was grosed out wouldn’t even set my wallet on the counter by the cash register because it was filthy dirty… I pointed out to the girl ( who I believe in a supervisory position) how filthy everything looks and I don’t even know if I want to eat anything that was prepared here. She said I don’t want you to pay for something your not going to eat so if you don’t want it don’t pay for it. I said sounds good and left.. WONT BE BACK !!! Bummer because we like Qdoba but I’m not risking my health for a burrito

This is the 3rd time we have had a terrible experience at this specific location…. Let me be clear…. We Love Qdoba! But this location is the worst! Customer service is terrible, we were treated like a problem she didn’t want to deal with…. They had no fajita veggies, no lettuce, no pickled jalapenos, and we were there just before 6pm. The restaurant looked like a ghost town, no one was even there. The bathroom clearly hadn’t been addressed all day, no TP, no paper towels, and the trash was overflowing. Seriously, this was a terrible experience. We won’t be back to this location ever.

I was absolutely grossed out to bite into a chicken burrito with cheese rather than my vegan Impossible Burger and NO cheese. As a 25-year vegan, it is a horrific culinary catastrophe to bite into (gag me) chicken and cheese – and fully likely to cause some major gastric repercussion.

Staff were friendly and fast. The food was overall pretty tasty. The dining area was very uninviting, not many tables, some of which were cluttered with boxes and the worst part was that they had no ice or cold water on an 84° day.

Do not order from Uber Eats. I ordered 2 days ago and they forgot my ENTIRE burrito so I had to reorder from uber eats because I was at work.. I had called and let them know too.. so I received a burrito too big to even fit in the tortilla! It was inedible with my hands. So tonight I decided to try again and they forgot my chips and queso, the burritos were poor quality. No cheese present, half the ingredients were just barely present. I called and your manager clearly has no power to do anything to fix it. Offer me a free meal at the very least at this point. She’s “training” well.. your not training well. Won’t be giving my business to here anymore. Sad how downhill it’s became.
