This location can be a hit or miss. As of lately, the past few times that I’ve visited the service has been absolutely terrible. I normally order a burrito bowl and a side order of chips and queso. To start with, they barely fill up the container with queso and the tortilla chips were ridiculously salty so I had to throw them out. I’m very disappointed because I’ve noticed that they will try to nickle and dime their customers. Queso is supposedly free on all entrees, (as stated on a recent email I’ve received from Qdoba). Yet they barely put any on the food and have the nerve to say “It’s an extra charge” . This place needs better help or people who actually don’t mind doing the job they’re paid to do. Please do better.

We tried to use the t-mobile tuesday coupon.. it takes hours to load! who does that? We used those many time never did we have to wait hours! Furthermore we wanted to wash our hands first and were told “no” ! We had to order first, before we can use the restroom! We ended up leaving ! Staff was rude! The restaurant was emty! We spent our 80 $ as BJ’s ♀️

We came around 4 pm, and it was EMPTY literally no one in the store. No greet, but sad to say, I’m used to that. What really annoyed me was the AMOUNT of food that this lady gave me. None of the scoops she was giving us were full sized scoops! like, do staff get a raise if they’re able to give the customer a minimal amount of food?? STINGY FOR WHAT?? It was obvious that the lady was getting annoyed because I asked for a little more rice. If I am paying almost $15 for a small bowl of food, I expect it to be FILLED.

Ok this place was not even a #1. So completely disappointed! We were referred by a manager. He explained that this restaurant was similar to Chipotle but better. So we figured ok let’s try it. The location was 20 min away from us but we made the drive since it was so highly recommended. Our first encounter was a young lady at the counter who did not say hello, welcome nada. She looked irritated and as tho we were bothering her. So after I greeted her I said this is our first time here, she stood there and stared right at me and continued to not say a word. I asked would u recommend anything? She didn’t answer. So I browse the menu and to be honest at this point I’m like completely irritated because she had 0 customer service! I asked what kind of meat options they had, she said chicken and steak. But there were other bins of meat but I’m guessing it took too much effort to explain those to me. We continued with our toppings etc. We completed our order and I handed her these coupons that the manager gave us to use. She rolls her eyes and acts as though I’m completely bothering her. This place gets 100% thumbs down. And this may not be appropriate but if I’m going to be 100% transparent about my review I felt like she possibly didn’t want to help me because I am not Hispanic. I’m from Hawaii and we definitely dont treat people this way. Whoever the manager is to this place needs to train this witch in customer service because she has none.

I like QDOBA. They seem to have relatively healthy choices. I always get their veggie bowl with some of the juice that their jalapenos are floating in poured over top. That adds to the flavor a bit. I was given a good size portion and as always it tasted darn good. The place was very clean and the food tasted good. They have a good number of choices for toppings.

I love coming here for the food because it’s so good, but the service is kinda dry and rushed. I still choose this place over chipotle. Oh and the tables aren’t clean most of the time so I don’t always stay to eat but the rest of the place is pretty clean.

Rude staff. Literally walked out and didn’t end up ordering because of how rude they were. Will never go to this Qdoba again. Every time I walk into this establishment it is always completely empty. Probably shouldn’t be rude to people who are trying to give you business because that’s how you lose it.

I’m really side eyeing some of these reviews because what? This location has some of the best food in Vegas and it’s always fresh. The employees are always sweet and quick. Tastes way better that Chipotle in my opinion. Love it.
