I miss being able to go into this location, I would go into the location a couple of times a week, staff/owner was always friendly(miss the older lady with blonde/White hair). I ordered twice now via their website and had delivered to the new work office. NOT SAME QUALITY the delivery first time was missing my protein altogether, and when I called I spoke to a woman who sounded like in her 20s and she was like… “Ok…..”(nothing to fix) I waited 2 months before trying again, I ordered again today, I got my protein but I splurged for chips and guac, and its not even a full scoop of guac for $5.10 the veggies are NOT COOKED(not a huge deal) the cilantro was still fully together (not cut or pulled apart).. btw I selected both times to include utensils…NOTHING. I LOVE THIS Location when I was able to go IN a few who dont care ruin it!

This is normally one of my favorite places to eat, my nephew came to visit and I brought him here for a burrito. Unfortunately the customer service has gone way down hill. I asked for a military discount and presented my military ID. The cashier didn’t bother to mention she didn’t give it to me, upon checking the receipt I asked if their policy changed, she asked someone else and I was told that I had to be in uniform. Which is something that I was never told before. It’s very ridiculous if they think any military member is going to go put on their uniform to come eat here. Even the the recruiters who work across the parking, I doubt would risk getting their military uniforms dirty. I am so disappointed in this establishment. It was once one of my favorite places to eat.

SO DISGUSTING!!! I ordered a veggie burrito for pickup from this place and when I took the first bite I noticed the longest strand of hair inside my food. I tried to pull it out to take a picture but I couldn’t because it was wrapped tightly around the contents of the burrito. Not that I would ever want anything from this repulsive place, but when I called several times to complain no one answered. Wish I could give them less than 1 star — disgusting!!
