I placed a curbside order today for a chicken bowl and without exaggeration, it was the best bowl I think I have ever had at either Qdoba or their competitor. I asked for extra rice and lettuce and amazingly I got extra lettuce and rice. The bowl was actually filled appopriately instead of being only halfway filled and the food was flavorful. I could not believe my luck and it’s not even my bday! Even the lettuce and guac and veggies tasted fresh. I don’t know who made my bowl today but you are an absolute rockstar and are the reason I will be back to this location! I really enjoyed my lunch today and am not sure how I got so lucky but it was perfect! Thank you Qdoba Hillsboro!

Awesome customer service and great teamwork between the manager and staff when completing your order. From the front door to the bathroom this is facility is super clean! The dining area is open to the public with a mask on policy until you are seated. If your local to the area they are hiring, so come on down and fill out an application or grab a bite to eat. The food is AMAZING!!

I’m uncertain how this place, located so close to a Chipotle, has managed to stay in business in a mall that is known for very few businesses being able to stay open for an extended length of time. The food is about the same as Chipotle, though the pinto beans at Qdoba are more flavored.

this is not the first time my burrito is not even close to being wrapped correctly. the tortilla is literally folded into itself with all the food out. if i wanted to eat outside the tortilla, i would get a bowl.

The food was good although the portions were smaller compared to other mexican places I have been to. The tacos and burritos were delicious, specially the Drunken Yard and the Fire Roaster Shrimp Burrito. The service was quick and the place was overall good. It was a 3.5 star from my side..

I ordered a veggie and a chicken custom build your own bowl online from this place. Food was fresh and delicious. The only complaint I have is the portion was not sufficient for dinner. I have ordered the same bowls from qdoba before as well but quantity was never an issue. Disappointed!

Ok I will admit I eat here a lot. For a couple of reasons. It is a quick place for me to grab some lunch in between appointments and most of their food is gluten free so I know I have lots of options. The staff is always ao friendly and where amazing when we used them for catering the graduation party we had last year. Also I love Diet Dr Pepper and they have the soda machine of all soda machines. Lots of choices and so many flavors that you can add
