The food was good! We came because of a T-mobile Tuesday promotion. Getting the promotion was a huge headache – it was going to take “a few hours” for the promotion to load into the Qdoba app. Thankfully it didn’t, but we were hungry and the process was pretty frustrating.

Tasty place to go for casual Mexican food. Go with the burrito or the cheese crusted quesadilla. You can customize every item. Guacamole is good, but expensive. Chips & Queso is a treat. Good salsa options. Sometimes you get lucky and get good portion sizes. Great staff. Dining area & bathrooms are clean. Self-service soda refills!

I was on my lunch and was ordering but the guy taking my order had a very bad attitude and squirted water instead of sour cream on my nachos… by the end I had to leave without any food because he didn’t seem to think that was a problem and made no attempt to rectify the problem. I told him if he doesn’t like his job then done a new job but he should not have been working with the public. I will never go back.

I love their food much more than Chipotle. Chipotle uses these huge spoons and then taps a bunch of the top topping off the huge spoon. What’s the point. Qdoba is nothing like that. They have no issues giving you extra, you can’t go wrong.

I am not happy with this place, the food quality is terrible, the line is super messy when I go in to order, and the bowls are super skimpy, less than half a scoop of rice in the bowl and it’s sad! The food isn’t cheap, so why are we getting less…..I think the employees need a LOT more training, and they need to be shown how to FULLY make a PROPER bowl, and actually add a FULL scoop of rice, then other toppings! Also, the queso has been super runny and watered down lately also, very gross.

Found a dead bug in my food. I am very unhappy and very disappointed because I usually come to Qdoba and prefer them over than Chipotle & seeing this today literally killed my appetite and got me very sick to my stomach. This is unacceptable and makes me wonder what else may have been in my food that I previous ate. Not writing this review just because but i am concerned and I am worried about others people health.
